But we still waiting to see what Tank doing. And then [music] I think we're lining that Lucas body fight up hopefully because y'all know I want to get him up out the way. Tank is [music] the fight.

That's why I'm calling it out now. We his mandatory. We hold two WBA belts but we don't want Tank to run the 140 and now we want to fight [music] Tank cuz he's the best right now.

Jervant Davis has finally responded after Floyd Scoffield called him out. And now the spotlight is back on one of boxing's most dangerous names. You got to stay [music] on your P's and Q's with tank for the whole 12 rounds.

That is to me the biggest test for Floyd. [music] He got to keep his mind in the game for 12 rounds. But that's a talk for a different time.

Y'all talk about it, man. Floyd Scoffield senior made it clear that team Scofield wants Jervant Davis next. He talked like Tank is the real test for Floyd kid Austin Scoffield.

From Scoffield Senior's side, they believe Floyd has the pressure, toughness, and style to give Tank serious problems. At the same time, Scoffield Senior also took shots at Shakur Stevenson, saying Floyd would bring a different kind of pressure and turn that kind of matchup into a real fight. Boxers that be was great amateurs are usually usually not saying [music] they market it very well cuz they come out, they get big budgeted [music] and they market it. The people like us that had to throw fights ourselves for build our own stadium, do all of that, it's a difference. We going to come out and break your rib.

We know your body is soft. And Floyd senior pushed the confidence even further. He sounded sure that his son's style could make things difficult for Tank because of the pressure, physicality, and mean attitude he believes Kid Austin would bring into the ring.

In his mind, Tank would not just be dealing with a young fighter trying to survive. He would be dealing with someone coming to make the fight uncomfortable every second. And again, he brought Shakur into the conversation, too.

His message was that Floyd would not allow Shakur to simply sit back and box at his own pace. So, the message from Team Scofield was very clear. They want smoke with the biggest names and they believe Kid Austin has the style to shock people if he gets the opportunity.

Kid got dropped in the amateurs and every time he got dropped, he got up in one. Then Jervant Davis finally responded to the call outs from Team Scofield and his message was direct. He texted Floyd Senior saying, "You're going to get your son's head knocked off, you old f.

" And he is a [ __ ] That response immediately changed the tone of the entire conversation. For weeks, Floyd Senior had been saying Tank does not want the fight and claiming that his son has the style, confidence, and pressure to trouble him. But now, Tank is answering back like he is ready to settle everything in the ring.

People don't call a person less than them to get them ready for a championship fight. So come on, use your head here, but right now you're talking about nothing cuz you don't know him.

You're wasting my time. Floyd Scoffield Jr. also made it clear that he is not trying to waste energy arguing with fans on line.

While people keep saying Jervant Davis would knock him out, Floyd said his focus is on training, recovery, and living like a real fighter. He explained that he is always in the gym working on his craft. And after training, his priority is getting his body right again.

He said he has been telling people from the beginning that Tank was never going to step into the ring with his son and now fans are simply watching it play out. From his side, Tank already had time to fight Floyd when he was his mandatory, but the fight still did not happen.

He also brought up past comments where he says Tank admitted he would not fight Kid when Floyd was only 17. To him, that proves this is not about timing or business. He said that if Tank is mandated to fight Floyd and still does not take the fight, then the system should hold him accountable. You believe that? He can do whatever he want to do. They want to mandate him to fight us and they won't be stripping him.

will actually get made and he sounded optimistic. He explained that on paper the fight should happen because the WBA has ordered it and Golden Boy is now waiting to review the proposal from PBC. Oscar made it clear that the business still has to make sense for everyone involved, especially the fighters, but he believes the fight can happen if both sides truly want it.

Tank and Scoffield will get made. I I on paper it should get made. Uh the WBA, I believe, ordered that fight.

Um, we have I was talking to uh Tom Brown here and um you know he's going to obviously send in his proposal to Eric Gomez. We're going to you know study it. We're going to dissect it and um obviously if it makes sense it makes sense that we make the fight.

But look, it's all about making sure that the fighter gets what they want. And uh we as promoters PBC and and and and Golden Boy, you know, we just want to make sure that we we do uh not have any differences whatsoever in order to make this fight happen. So, will it happen?

I I believe so. Only if the fighters want it. Oscar also pushed back on the idea that it may be too soon for Scofield.

In his view, Floyd is in a great position because he is always in the gym, constantly improving and getting stronger. Oscar sees this as a major opportunity for Scofield because he has everything to gain and nothing to lose. That can make a young challenger dangerous.

and he did not hold back when talking about Team Scofield's confidence. Bernie said Floyd senior has been talking a lot, but in his view, some of that talk sounds unrealistic. But, I mean, the stuff he be saying is just ridiculous. From Bernie's side, if Tank Davis is listening, he might as well call their bluff and take the fight. He believes Scoffield has some attention around his name now.

But he also feels Floyd still has a lot to prove before talking like he is ready to beat someone like Tank. So, for Bernie, this matchup is interesting. But the pressure is really on Floyd Scoffield Jr.

to back up all the noise. If he gets the fight, the talking will not matter anymore. He will have to prove it under the lights.
