on this video we're talking about finding you the perfect house so we are out to find you the perfect house but I've got somewhat bad news the perfect house usually doesn't exist what we're looking to do is find you the best house for you and your family but rarely do we find the house that checks all of the boxes and is the perfect house so what we usually do with homebuyers is we recommend that they start to figure out their list of things that they want in a house so whether it's a gas range or
whether it's a big backyard or maybe they want nice flooring or an open-concept there's lots of different things that we would like to have in a house but a lot of times the best one doesn't have all of them and so I just ask you to be open-minded we go out and look at houses be open-minded about what is going to be the best house for you and keep in mind that it may not have everything just recently we had a buyer that we've shown a good amount of houses to and they wanted a gas
range it was one of their top priorities but we walked into a house that they fell in love with and guess what didn't have a gas range and so they were willing to go without the gas range to have the best house for them and so that's just what I want to preface you with we're gonna go out there and find you the best house and when we do I'm sure you're gonna make it your perfect home [Music] you [Music]
