Yeah so basically anything that touches that which is Google ads cro um Facebook ads SEO uh they're going to be helping with that who's they meaning they or person this candidate yeah okay whoever it ends up being okay and fad I I assume that you didn't want that role or I guess I don't know all right um okay so that person obviously I assume has a very deep understanding of things right yeah all right so that's good I don't I don't understand the exact need but okay I mean if you know to me I I
see it as redundant but it doesn't matter if it makes you feel better right I always felt yeah go ahead so I I like a lot of things have changed basically since you and I started working together sui right our team in marketing right now is 14 people and of the 14 I would say like what like 11 directly report to me so if you ever see my calendar it's just like meeting after meeting after meeting oh so this person will handle basically from your end on the marketing so you don't have to be as
president on the on the that's the that's the Hope yes okay but but I hope that they have a deep understanding like technically right yes they have a lot of uh agency experience handling PPC okay so that's good so that's helpful right I guess it would be like an extra eye right I don't see it as necessary but if it if it helps you right then it's okay right I don't super see I I think fahad's very smart I didn't want to say that in front of him I didn't want to infl his ego but
I think he's I think bajat is very smart too right there are a lot of other things he will be taken care of so it it would be like assisting Patricia on lot of runs and I hope we get some good insights from him also yeah who knows okay but I mean also I mean obviously the person hasn't been hired yet but it's not like all of a sudden they're hired and then everything changes um I'm still going to be involved overseeing like they're going to be involved in all the meetings that I'm in um
but I'm still going to be here uh and then yeah hopefully this is just like an extra person to help bring in new ideas to help um just in quality assurance aspects making sure everything is being done correctly um just an extra eye okay uh to go over things in more detail okay because I feel like I'm at the point where it's like I can't look at 11 people's work you know it takes some time there's a bottleneck so I'm trying to solve for that bottleneck okay is that person going to be Hands-On as well
or no what do you mean hand how do you define Hands-On meaning making changes or just more strategic I would say that they're going to work with you the way that I'm working with you in that they yeah more I would say more from a strategic standpoint reviewing things um obviously everyone everyone's opinion is very valuable and they're new so they don't know the accounts right so it's like the first few months I'm just going to have them like learning and they can make their suggestions but obviously um it's not like what they say goes
right if what they're suggesting is making sense we'll take it right yeah for sure but it's not making sense then we'll say okay well we don't from what we've done in the past we don't think that's going to work right right I I don't understand the extra value but we'll see right let's see right I'm open to anything um okay should we kick off the meeting yes okay all right so just want to make some reviews right make sure we're on the same page right from the last time that we spoke at the beginning of

ads on Bing or like because currently we are not running any any I'll try it yeah okay and then hemophilia have been doing a lot of optimization especially drugs right uh negative uh phrase match right on stuff that I see that popping up that that we're not selling okay yeah I mean most of them uh the keywords which I have shared I I basically researched those and they are related to you know some other co-pay programs so maybe you need to look deeper into that if you actually want to uh negate those as a phrase
match or do you want to just um negate if something is not relevant at all I mean you you will need to look yourself um into that I just shared the response which I got from most of the um all the users who who are basically not here for hemophilia yeah yes whatever keywords they shared with us got it got it yeah so that's that's pretty much it a Mayan right from like uh just things that I wanted to bring up anything from your end fad no not much I um we are currently not running
any tests and I am itching to run few tests which probably meet Patricia's approval uh yeah but nothing to sure yet yeah the stuff are running so right now the problems that we're working on Simi is the conversion rate is still low on that Medbox portal so we're trying to figure out why Mary even did a report of like what is the customer path coming from Facebook traffic versus Google traffic but when we were looking at it we didn't really come to a conclusion uh it was kind of inconclusive from that end um so we're
working on increasing conversion rate there we're also looking at Facebook ad restructuring uh getting ready for January February season uh when leads are really cheap so Patricia tell me one thing do you have deeper insights on on the traffic which we received from Google ads versus Facebook on madbox Portal like uh what is the end result for that I mean uh is Google ads um converting better than Facebook I think we were looking at the report either earlier this week or was it last week I don't even know anymore all my days are blending together
but didn't we see that Google ads had like 5% like on rate yeah okay okay I am just so oh oh I have um I think introduced that conversion directly in Google ads also U for face yeah I think that's what we were looking at last time okay uh last 30 days okay so we received like um at least um since when I have started tracking disqualified lead all right so for last seven days 33 uh type form leads we have received total from Google ads and 16 qualified type form lead submissions what's what's what
else are we working on we've launched tpn ads on Facebook so hopefully that can help with retargeting any traffic that we're getting from Google um how's it doing how much money what's the budget look like a very minimal budget like 60 bucks a day but on Facebook that's not bad but why you not spending more on Facebook because of the limited ability of reach no I guess Facebook book can remarket no we're remarketing the the traffic that we're getting and then we're marketing gastos gastroenterologists anyone who saids that's their but how you're not doing more
prospecting than Facebook I'm sorry how come not more prospecting on Facebook for tpn no for I mean everything specialty we're not seeing good numbers for honestly you think that I can I'm very good with with Facebook ads like really good like really really strong you know I could help I mean I can I can show you what we're doing but specialty the numbers that we're getting when it comes down to is they're not relevant leads so when you're looking at the cost you're maybe it looks cheaper for a lead in general but they're not ever
qualified it's a much higher cost cost for qualified lead right but I think that you can teach the system that i' I've done that years back especially today with AI there's ways around it it could be that there's opport we also just um made a structural change to our website I think we we had a limitation for uh Facebook retargeting for traffic right so there there's like a limit to how many pages you can retarget but we changed our entire website so any page that's an ibig page it'll have that category so that I think
has changed the audiences we're trying to see if that will uh increase but these are retargeting right they're not prospecting um prospecting I'm asking is prospecting right I don't care about the retargeting right who cares right that you just put the budget you know work not test the creatives right not much but yeah so what what are you saying with AI because to my knowledge we can't Target based off of certain conditions right right but I still think that there's a possibility I don't know off hand right I'm just thinking like if I would to
work it like maybe ideas would come to me right had to figure this out you know and figure out the quality piece I don't know of him but you know maybe I could work it but I I I think that it could be a strong you know Channel potentially right I wouldn't dismiss it for prospecting at all yeah I think based on those retargeting audience you could also create a lookalike audience which uh can also be then retargeted or I mean can be targeted uh through other campaigns yeah but the prospecting is hard because Facebook
it's like if you you have to Target something right so that's what makes it difficult you could do like lookalike audiences maybe that we could do that yeah but then it's like our traffic too is so small Niche yeah you have to how are you gonna run a broad traffic uh lookalike audience yeah but what I would imagine if the ads are good right and the CTR is good right meaning that alone could start you I don't know I think that from the creatives and going a bit broad I don't know I would have to
think right but but it could be that that could be a very valuable channel from a prospecting standpoint that's what I'm saying I don't know exactly what the strategy would be but but it could be that there is work to be done there is what I'm saying yes um we're trying to see how viable it is especially for Infusion Center uh now that we're starting to increase marketing efforts uh surrounding infusion center the only thing is right now let's please pause marketing the San Diego location yep um just put that on hold for now okay
and I hear that the lagona hills location is about to undergo construction so we may need to put that on hold but I haven't received confirmation just yet so just heads up for that okay but the other locations we should still be trying to Market them perfect yeah are we able to uh verify all the these locations can we yeah Mary verified everything but I thinks so uh we could add add them to the Google ads are they already I mean automatically get added or do we need to add those locations in Google ads to
me oh like the Google my business yeah I'll check I'll check if it's l link to now okay yeah because they can then be connected with our local service local ads uh for Infusion centers yeah yeah no no I think that we should run local service ads separately oh local service ads I looked into that and there are clinics there are a lot of new categories I I noticed but uh there is no category for Infusion Center okay so it's going to be bad I I get it yeah is it bad to run it as
