What if your anger wasn't a problem, but a power you've never been taught to wield? What if your hatred wasn't poison, but the blade that cuts through weakness? Most men are taught to suppress their anger, to bury it, to numb it with distractions.
But what happens when you need that fire? When a line is crossed, when you're disrespected, when your world collapses, and you've got nothing left but the storm inside you, this is where most would break. But the Sith, they use this emotion to rise and grow stronger.
In the comments of the last video, someone asked if I could give more detail on this subject along with some steps on how to apply this in their daily life. So, for this lesson, we're going to explore modern interpretations of Sith philosophy to learn how to not simply avoid anger and hatred, but to harness them for strength and power. Make sure to watch until the end for some practical solutions you can use to start today.
Part one, the psychology of anger. The Sith teach that inside every man is a shadow, a hidden part of the self that holds all the thoughts, emotions, and impulses that society told him to repress. Rage, envy, power, and violence.
Not because these things are unnatural, but because they make others uncomfortable. And so the world tells you to lock them away. But in doing so, we exile the royest, most primal parts of ourselves into the unconscious, out of sight, but never truly gone.
They become the exiled kings of the psyche, dethroned, but still seething with energy. Anger becomes the first prisoner. Hatred becomes the second.
And over time, more are locked away until the man forgets he was ever a warrior at all. Remember this. What you do not make conscious will rule your life and you will call it fate.
If you suppress your anger, you don't destroy it. You give it power to operate from the shadows, sabotaging your words, your reactions, your choices. Think of the man who explodes at his partner over something minor.
or the one who lashes out at strangers online but bows and trembles before his boss in real life. These are not men who have mastered their anger. These are men owned by it because they never faced it.
The Sith do the opposite. They integrate the shadow. They do not pretend the darkness isn't there.
They bring it to the surface, not to unleash it blindly, but to study it, understand it, and learn how to command it like a weapon. The key is control through awareness. You cannot control what you will not look at.
You cannot master what you refuse to admit rages inside you. Anger unacknowledged is chaos. Anger understood is command.
And in the hands of the Sith, that command becomes power. Part two, power through emotion. The Sith see emotions not as weaknesses to overcome, but as raw primal forces, the fuel of transformation.
We believe they are not meant to be silenced, but shaped, forged like iron under heat. When disciplined, they become tools of power. When ignored, they become chains.
We reject the passive herd mentality of the masses. The moral softness that told people to suppress their instincts, obey blindly, and fit quietly into society's mold. Instead, you must turn your focus inward toward your own personal mastery, always working toward becoming a selfovering individual.
The one who rises above guilt, shame and conformity. The one who does not destroy their emotions, but harnesses them, channeling them into creation, into discipline, into unstoppable forward motion. A wise man once said, "He who cannot obey himself will be commanded.
" If your anger controls you, you are a slave. But if you learn to command your anger, you free yourself from everyone who seeks to manipulate you through it. Hatred too has its place.
It is not a defect. It is not weakness. Hatred is the emotion of the outsider, the betrayed, the cast out.
It is the fuel of a person who has been pushed too far, silenced too long, and made to feel wrong for what they are. It is the internal signal that something is unjust, that something sacred has been violated, and that the time for silence is over. The will to power is not about pleasure.
It is not about comfort. It is about taking pain and transforming it. It is about transmuting shame into certainty, weakness into motion, and rage into focus.
A man who feels no hatred is not enlightened. He is hollow. A man who never allows himself anger is not strong.
He is lifeless. A man without hatred is a man with no boundaries. A man without anger is a man with no fire.
And a man with no fire can be broken by anyone. Part three, practical techniques for the modern man. Here is how a modern man in today's world can use his anger and hatred to forge himself instead of losing himself.
Number one, daily shadow reflection. For 5 minutes at the end of your day, write down three things. something that made you angry today.
Someone or something that you hate with passion. And any dark thoughts you suppressed to appease the masses, acknowledge these thoughts. Sit with them.
Speak to them like an apprentice. Ask, "What do you want from me? " You're not venting.
You're listening to your inner self. Number two, the 3second rule of reclamation. When anger hits, pause for 3 seconds.
Don't lash out. Don't speak. Lock eyes with your own mind and ask, "Will this build me or break me?
" This gives you the micro moment to choose your response instead of being ruled by impulse. Number three, the red journal ritual. Create a separate notebook, black cover, red ink.
Once a week, write a letter from your anger or your hatred. Let it speak. Let it burn.
Then write a demand beneath it. Something like, "You are mine to command. You will serve my rise.
" Then close the book and return to life. This is how you create a contract between your mind and your darkness. Remember, anger and hatred are not flaws.
They are instruments, but only in the hands of the trained do they become precision weapons. The undisiplined man drowns in his emotions. The Sith builds a fortress from them.
