message saying they're going to use that money to put on my head more recently her lawyer says the same associate posted an Instagram video threatening to kill or do bodily harm to Jennifer throughout all this how has moved three times even leaving Georgia and distancing herself from her 22-year-old daughter after someone at a club asked her daughter if she knew Petty how also changed her phone number she says she hasn't been able to work since May 2020 due to severe depression paranoia constant moving H and threats her lawsuit claims she's now living in isolation out
of fear of retaliation Ho's lawyer Tyrone Blackburn told Rolling Stone that hoe hasn't had any contact with Petty or Minaj they came after her he said now she's fighting back for almost 2 months Petty and Minaj didn't file any legal responses to host lawsuit on October 11th Blackburn asked the judge for a default judgment which would have meant Petty and Minaj would have to pay damages without a trial Minaj's lawyer opposed this and Minaj herself swore in a statement that their failure to respond was just an innocent mistake claiming they hadn't received official notice the
