[Music] thank you welcome I'd like to share with you a simple reflexology technique that's going to make physiological changes in the pituitary gland in your brain within 40 seconds you are going to experience these great changes the pituitary gland is a small Bean shaped gland situated at the base of your brain somewhat behind your nose and between your ears now this pituitary gland is the master gland within the brain that controls all the different hormones that's regulated in the body it controls your metabolism growth sexual maturation reproduction blood pressure and so many other vital physical
functions and processes and this plays a major role with our stresses our anxiety allowing our body to relax our sleep our circadian cycle every single function that's going on within our body is somewhat directly back tied into the brain now we're going to be working with meridians this is the energetic Highway in the human body meridians allow for the flow of energy known as Chi to circulate throughout the body and we're going to focus on two major points within the thumb area which is going to affect these meridians and when we stimulate these points we're
going to cause a fair and bombardment back up to the brain and you are going to experience some neurological changes back in the facial region behind the nose as well as the head you're going to feel light relaxed you're going to feel as if the weight of that stress is just released this is going to wind you down it's going to kick up the parasympathetic nervous system and it will help you get to sleep faster and sleep better through the night so if you look at this chart right here these two red dots are the
points that we are going to focus on on the tip of the thumb that is the point to the anterior pituitary in the brain and have way down the thumb that point affects the nasal area as well as the sinuses behind it so now I'd like to share this technique with you so you can experience these fast awesome changes I'm going to use my left thumb you can use either one I did Mark the thumb on top here which is the antibituitary in red as well as the point below this line right here which is
our nasal area as well as the sinuses behind it we're first going to contact the area below the line this must be contacted first we're going to take the opposite thumb and we're going to put pressure right below the joint you do not want to be on the joint right below it on the outside of the thumb not all the way on the outside just in front right about there and when you get in there take your other finger put up behind it and just apply pressure with the tip of your thumb on that point
go ahead 20 seconds and as you apply pressure the majority of you should feel changes tingling pressure sensation anywhere behind a nasal area some people's sinuses may open up it may start to drip you may feel a type of a pressure pushing in there it's okay just keep applying pressure this is a reflex point that goes directly behind the nasal area okay after 20 seconds and if you don't feel those changes by the way you can hold a little longer but after 20 seconds I want you to take the thumb and you're going to contact
on that other thumb area right here the anterior pituitary take the thumb and push it right against it with the other finger behind it and I want you to squeeze it together go ahead this is the fun part because from here that pressure you're feeling in the sinus area is going to make its way up higher into the head and you're going to feel light you're going to feel as if something is just being taken off you the stress the weight it's going to feel nice and loose you can move your head back and forth
you can close your eyes you should feel these neurological changes going on right now now what's most important is that you have the right contact for the majority of you you will feel these awesome changes everyone may experience something a little different but you're going to feel light relaxed do this technique as often as necessary do it when you're stressed when you're anxious do it before you go to bed and you will see great results please share this video with your friends and family leave your comments below because there will be many and most important
