last Monday is a disturbing story about a murderous spree and the truth hidden behind the facade of a child-friendly character Garfield and his pal June the protagonist must discover head and Truth while exploring a house full of demonic symbolism hi folks I'm R you're no Raider and welcome to the last Monday if you have any game or video suggestions make sure to send them my way on my Twitter or subreddit keep in mind that this video will have spoilers and with that in mind let's begin [Music] foreign Garfield is an overweight lazy and cynical ginger
cat who loves lasagna and hates Mondays the seemingly child-friendly character has however not as friendly as he seems Garfield's universe is actually much darker and has quite a lot of chilling aspects to it in the past Jon and his friend and roommate Lyman were both living together Under One Roof with Garfield and lyman's delici Lyman however quickly disappeared from Garfield's Universe under mysterious circumstances leaving Gary behind with Garfield and Jon while many were left to speculate what happened to Lyman and where he is now a book published in 1998 brought some new information in regards
to his mysterious disappearance uncovering Jon's murderous past it was suggested not to look and Jon's basement which implied that Jon must have done something to Lyman that was later confirmed by the popular 90s Flash game Garfield spooky scavenger hunt where Garfield visiting the creepy basements is lineman tied up to wall begging Garfield for some food suggesting Lyman was trapped and kept in John's basement alive to be tormented psychologically and maybe even physically Garfield was also well known for his Nine Lives while living out his fifth life however he got possessed by an ancient Spirit which
made them Furious and caused them to attack his own owner which most likely led to their death showing that both Garfield as well as John are fully capable of murdering someone [Music] okay [Music] the unnamed protagonist faces Garfield who stains that he is locked out of the house and needs help to find the key so that he can get back inside when the protagonist finds a remote and tries to open the garage's door Garfield promptly stops him which is pretty strange for someone who is trying to find a way inside the house the protagonist then
proceeds searching for a way in and finds a door to the basement Garfield at that point prompts the protagonist to listen to his instructions which he will deliver through the walkie-talkie while entering the basement the protagonist quickly notices mysterious demonic looking cigarons left on the walls throughout the basement and as coerced by Garfield to remove them by spraying some paint over them that may indicate that Garfield is possessed by some sort of evil force that can't get inside the house as those strange schedules keep him away from entering that would explain why he is not
able to enter and asks the protagonist for help in removing the sigils Garfield also often refers to someone as his master which may further indicate that he has been controlled by someone or something while exploring the basement the protagonist finds a cage with a mysterious drawing inside it looks like a drawing of a child due to its infantile nature as it reveals horrible acts that took place in the house Through The Eyes of the child apart from the disturbing drawings of Jon being aggressive and abusive the writing states that stay inside it's safe inside suggesting
that the child must have felt safe while being kept Inside the Cage so just think a possible kidnapping of course nobody likes being kept inside a cage so who knows what the child might have seen or endured to be feeling safer Inside the Cage than the outside there were also drawings of the cat presumably Garfield labeled as Kitty which may relate to Garfield's past life during which he was possessed by an ancient Spirit as on one of the drawings on the wall we observe Garfield starting yet as also labeled as kidding that is exactly the
same word and writing which indicates that perhaps the ancient Spirit as the one that possessed Garfield in his current life while in the basement the protagonist is prompted by Garfield to open a safe once the protagonist manages to find the quote and open the safe he finds a strange Relic which he needs to burn by throwing it into the oven while avoiding contact with a mysterious Master at all costs once the protagonist escapes the mysterious Master presumably John in the basement they go upstairs where they need to cover more sigils with paint while exploring the
house the protagonist finds strange writings on the bathroom while saying I am not the master indicating that Jon who was the only one in the house might not be the master Garfield often refers to Garfield then prompts the protagonist to throw the Relic in the oven once it is done the creepy old looking chaos turns into a bright and colorful house with the overweight ginger cat sitting comfortably in the armchair waiting for his lasagna that's when the protagonist gets prompted by him to put the lasagna in the oven in the make-believe world Garfield tells the
protagonist to do the chores and put away their toys as Garfield sits in front of TV which may indicate that the protagonist could be another child almost finished with picking up the toys the protagonist once again sees the strange Relic which is the last story they must pick up and put away in a toy box even though the protagonist was previously told to burn it in the oven the relics seems to be completely fine however once The Relic is placed in the toy box the illusion of a beautiful house is engulfed by the hellish Flames
revealing what truly lays behind the veil while exploring the place the protagonist finds a mysterious desk which he tries to play to V what's on it but once the desk is inserted the message pops up on the TV screen displaying that no desk has been inserted as if the desk was never there this lonely starts to leave an impact on the protagonist's mental stability questioning their sense of reality trying to make them think the desk never existed in the first place once the chores inside the house are done Garfield prompts the protagonist to check what
was buried in the garden by Ari but before he can do that he needs to get the shovel from the garage he is prompted by Garfield to pick up the key to the garage that should be at the end of the hallway but at the end of the hallway the protagonist's face says not the key but a strange black void which may symbolize the protagonist's fitting memories or a way to escape the reality the protagonist confused to what is happening manages to escape the black void which makes the environment change drastically the protagonist not knowing
what is happening continues as normal grabbing the shovel from the garage and proceeding to dig up what was buried by the dark that's when he finds a ball a newspaper a bone and bloody remains of a duck when the annoyed voice states that the protagonist burned the lasagna which causes them to black out as a result the protagonist wakes up in a car with the creepy Relic staying on the dashboard indicating that perhaps those are the memories of the past so enjoying what really happened the car has stopped in front of what seems to be
an abandoned house which is surrounded by trees and a forest right in the middle of nowhere Garfield mentions nobody is coming back to this house further indicating this house belonged to someone else before who is perhaps now dead and that's why they are not coming back the protagonist mentions to Garfield what did you make me do this time which suggests that Garfield was All Along The Mastermind controlling someone else the protagonist enters the abandoned house and upon looking in a mirror the reflection of ass is of John indicating the protagonist this time around as in
fact Jon it doesn't add up however as the protagonist that infiltrated the house who covered up the sigils and cleaned up the toys was not John as he was previously being chased by someone who looked a lot like Jon suggesting a change in who the protagonist was Garfield clearly dissatisfied with Jon's Disobedience decides to punish him when Jon instantly blacks out and wakes up to see that his touring is gone subsequently Garfield clearly states that Jon as his servant not a master showing Keys punishing him for asking questions and speaking back so he fully takes
away his ability to talk at the same time the writing appears on the wall I'm not the mess there looking very much the same like the writing on the wall shown in the bathroom at the beginning of the game which clearly shows that Garfield wants to master all along and John was upon that needed to be reminded that he is not the master but a slave therefore he cannot talk back to his master and the writing on the wall as a constant reminder for John that he must listen to Garfield as a good servant would
foreign again told by Garfield to get back inside the car where he promptly leaves the house without a moment of hesitation and blacks out yet again waking up in front of a massive house at this point John is being told by his master to cut the phone line as if trying to commit a crime he's then ordered to silence the dog as well and break into the house two gunshots are then heard indicating two people must have been shot and the perspective changes again once again we are not John but a different protagonist a scared
little child this time hiding in the same room in the closet next to the same Toy Box we were previously told by Garfield to filled with toys completely petrified after hearing the gunshots which were the reason his parents weren't there showing that the beautiful house all along belonged to the boy and his family and revealing how Garfield and John obtained the house by force and murder at the end the child is found by Jon and the game ends revealing that perhaps the child wasn't killed by Jon but kidnapped and forced to serve Garfield as we've
seen before Garfield prompted the child to pick up their toys and in the basement there was also a cage with child's drawing a net revealing the abuse they endured on the hands of Jon and the mental struggles they experienced while being controlled by the kitty backstory of Garfield strongly suggests that Lyman might have been kept in the basement and in this game and there is also a creepy basement where instead of Lyman the child is being kept there's Twisted on dark backstory of Garfield and John reveals how Garfield was possessed by an ancient Spirit which
caused them to become evil and demonic controlling Jon psychologically and in the events of Jon struggling or trying to fight back he would deliver him severe punishments it also reveals how they obtain their nice looking house that we are shown and the shows which in reality is a dark and an unkept house which through some sort of magic is transformed into what we see we see that in the entire game a better than psychologically manipulated Jon chases after the protagonist which Garfield won in the protagonist against which reveals how he tried desperately to keep the
Demonic Garfield out and unveiled the dark and twisted Reality by drawing ritualistic sigils and using a relic to overcome the curse of Garfield The Relic is seen in Jon's car when he woke up from a blackout in front of the abandoned occupied house by the Demonic Garfield revealing how Jon was trying to fight the manipulations of Garfield since the beginning but he often had the blackouts revealing how despite his efforts Garfield was Stronger using him in the house which seemingly belonged to a family a family which Garfield through Jon killed and subsequently occupied a house
in the middle of nowhere which would be the perfect Hideout for them Garfield controls Jon's mind ordering him to break into different houses and kill its occupants with the latest targeted Health being the child protagonist's house he manipulates Jon to kill the parents while keeping the Child Alive so they can be manipulated in a fake make-believe reality of a magical Colorful World which in real quality is an abandoned house with Windows and Doors ported up while the child is kept prisoner by the Demonic Garfield depicted in the calendar marked for days Telemark Kings and bunk
beds John after getting his turn as a punishment somehow manages to overcome Garfield's powerful curse installing The Relic and drawing the schedule skipping Garfield temporarily out Jon marches the house to keep Garfield out but Garfield manages to manipulate the protagonist's child to break in and cover the markings and burn the red link to reinstate his position of the house and John this unveils the protagonist has been the orphaned child all along who unknowingly was manipulated to allow the Demonic Garfield to create his own make-believe world enslaving both Jon and the child and that was about
