My guy Josh from Mythical Kitchen. My guy. We're all Dude, so good to see you.
Oh, stop. You smell nice. Old place girls.
Josh has cooked for people like Tom Hanks, Post Malone, and Gordon Ramsay. And today we are making three healthy meals that have great macros. But there's one rule.
It has to taste amazing. We'll start with breakfast. We're going a little bit macro friendly today.
You're obviously a very fit guy. We're shooting for about 2500 calories and about 180 g of protein. You want to start cooking?
You want to help me out here? I would love to help you out. We're doing a steamed duck egg omelette with a tomato marmalade.
Little play on scrambled eggs and ketchup. I don't even know what marmalade means, bro. We're doing an airfried kind of home fry, but I'm turning it into a Lebanese dish called batatara.
It's a great way to add flavor. Herbs, spices, chilies, citrus, no calories in them, all just flavor. Dice those chilies as fine as you can.
Also, give the chili a taste. You have to taste your ingredients. Oh.
Oh. Oh, dude. Yo, that is spicy.
Yeah, it's called a Thai bird's eye. You warned me. This is pre-workout.
The kids are ready. This is how you start. Probably just dice one of those and then toss it in that bowl.
When you say dice, that's like chop it as as fine as you possibly can. Oh my god, my mouth's on fire right now. And these chilies are going to be used to spice up the batada or the potatoes.
We actually boiled them yesterday to extract some of the starch from them that gets the starch to the outside.
