even look at you without feeling so much strain so happy tears of joy I love it oh goodness no literally I need the that on the other side don't worry we're not doing it what no I'm just kidding I need to feel more energized and less pain and a better mom your husband's going to be very happy right I am very happy I just feels so much better already were you worried that this wasn't wasn't going to help you oh my goodness I didn't think I would ever get better [Music] tell us what's going on
with you what's bothering what's hurting it mostly the my left side of my neck and lower back I have where I have the most pain especially if I turn left and um I kind of have to like hold this to turn my head back straight oh wow so you have neck pain right lower back pain you have shoulder pain too my shoulder it feels like I have like lots of knots in there you have more things going on too you have vertigo I do have vertigo yes um I believe it's caused from the C1 C2
mhm and then you've had occipital nerve blocks as well too I back in 2017 so definitely it wore off like after 6 months but just recently have I been has has it been getting worse and worse so are you having headaches and migraines too not so much migraines I I Feel The Strain and pressure and how did you hear about us um my husband uh watched you on YouTube and he said I need to come and see you yeah he why why do you think he said that to you do you think it was really
bad like what made him say that uh I've gone to several chiropractors and um with uh not too much help or you know anyway so he just saw your videos and he said that he felt that you would be able to help me he are you nervous excited skeptical I'm very nervous but I'm excited I just pray for healing yeah yeah to be honest with you like when I'm talking it seems like it's been a lot yeah yeah like it's been wearing on you a lot um how do you okay um so give you give
you a minute I'm here it's okay um yeah just just for this do you mind uh I'm going to put you out in the waiting room is that okay yeah okay I just don't want him to see me cry I get it I get it I get it okay what lot pain no no I get it yes there's a lot of pain yeah for a long time it's just hard to do things yeah yeah cuz uh you know I have my two boy well I have four children but my um he's my youngest he just
turned 14 and they're active in basketball and um traveling and so yeah it's just a lot yeah what do you feel like the um the hardest part for you I mean it seems like like obviously the pain but you know no one makes a trip from the Bay Area to here just to get away from the pain it's like it's something that's affecting your life it's just been a lot of pain for so long and I just um nothing seems to help anymore and just getting worse and worse how long has it been I actually
had an accident in 2010 and then um where I got pushed back and after that I was a lot younger so um I didn't really have too much pain I had concussion major concussion I went to the hospital I lost my memory for for like the day and then um I had another accident 27 2017 and um got hit from behind but my arm was up on the wheel I was actually stopped and just and after that it's just like this whole left side is just terrible it's like awful and that's when I got you
know um the oipal nerve block i' I've gotten some cor cortisone injections and um it just seems that I mean it helped for a little but not for very long and and just recently um honestly I've gained a lot of weight so I think that also has um somewhat to do with it yeah I mean that's a lot I mean you know going through that I mean not even just the pain but the traumatic events of everything and and I mean I know I felt like you know it wasn't that bad you had a concussion
but still that's pretty that's pretty crazy um yeah yeah and um you had the accident and now it's just been like basically like 10 years all together yeah yeah pretty much actually I didn't even think about how long it it's been that long I didn't realize that but yeah MH MH and 10 years is a long time I mean I think you just kind of power through and I mean you're a mama four and you know you're trying to be strong and I get it and yeah you know listen I'm glad you're here right it's
our prayer that people come through here all the time that you're in your condition that we can help so I think we're going to have some great things happen with today right yes yes I'm just anticipating yes the feeling I'm feeling better slowly turn your head to the right good now is there any pain when you do that just strain strain stay right there okay so when we're noticing with her neck your nose is about 45° that way look to the it should be closer 90 this way all right look to the [Music] left look
to the left oh hold up what made you do that it's like I have to adjust it so you can't go from left to right without it having to adjust it yeah pretty much okay yeah so it's hard for her to look from the right to the left take your time take your time give you a minute when you're ready then turn to the left [Music] that hurts that hurts right there okay so the left side's where stay there stay there so your nose is like 30° this way let's have you slowly look up to
the ceiling okay does that hurt too I could just feel it's hard to explain yeah it looks restricted like really bad and then let's have you look down for me that hurts you yeah not as bad as looking up and let's have you try and touch your toes for me okay I can touch my toes pretty good does that hurt your back when you do that actually no it feels good that feels good doing that all right come back up do you have any trouble walking well I I I had knee surgery on my left
knee before so that's kind of um it's a little painful on the left side as well I want to see [Applause] walk it hurt mhm yeah what kind of knee surgery did you have uh two miniscus tocus keep the left leg straight and lift it up as high as you can go all right does that hurt yeah okay where do you feel that pain right here right there okay and then lift the right leg up too is that easier or harder easier okay so I'm going to pull on this one okay okay I want you
to relax it's hard to relax huh it is yeah good you all right yeah okay look straight again there's that second oh my goodness all right so we're going to adjust you here without a lot of pain right but you're going to feel more pain and if you don't relax good all right left leg all the way up again that's it yes and the right side heck yeah how we feeling oh good how much better oh my goodness so we're now we're going to go right into the ribs here now these ribs are nice and
juicy and Too Tall Too Tall yeah so they're elevated too much keep your head straight good but you've had four kids is not anything like birth right oh no but yeah Hearts yeah okay like I I just want you to get better yeah oh my gosh oh so easy yeah okay I can even you can breathe better yes look at that let's go all right oh my gosh take your time [Music] way was right that he was right that's not very often Lou you're not right very often but he is this time when's the last
time you're able to look up and turn your moving neck like that I don't even know too long it's been too long [Music] yes I just said thank you this is good this is so good I just I just feels so much better already were you worried that this wasn't wasn't going to help you oh my goodness I didn't i' ever get better cuz like I said I I've tried to do you know see a lot of chiropractors and yeah um I just I use I put on this bone and tissue healing oil I'm always
rubbing um this ComFree oil just trying to feel this pain and this I I just I cannot believe that I can actually whenever you were trying to look to that left side you looked rough right and and I'll be honest with you like I think a lot of life with you it's I think this pain has basically changed who you are and who your life is because even the way that we're talking right and I can see glimpses of who you are right and glimpses of who you used to be cuz I just think like
right now because of the pain it's made you just a little bit more reserved right and you put on this Brave face that I don't think you've even realized like how far you off you've been it's okay yes I feel so much better already yeah I need to feel more energized and less pain mhm and a better mom one that could do things more yeah this is why we're here thank you so much you're welcome you're welcome so I feel like there is just so much compression and there's just so much tension in your body
especially in your neck too um that we want to release some of that tension okay okay deep breath into your nose out through your nose yeah okay let's do it again in through your nose out through the nose and then lips and teeth together oh my God mhm take your time oh God actually I get I feel tingling right here okay is not a bad thing like a good kind of tingling yeah like a release and then you feel like you've been sitting on a toilet seat for a while and then you just come out

relax I feel so relaxed like so much much more relaxed it doesn't seem like you're shaking as much or you were very shaky before it was hard for you to kind of just settle right but it seems like you're just like yeah all right we're good oh my goodness yes I feel a lot more Rel thatx awesome that's all you want and I can even look at you without feeling so much strain looking your husband's going to be very happy right I am very happy is there something that you wish you could be doing or
it could have done but the pain prevented you from doing it in general it's just a lot like looking to my left even when I drive looking to my left would hurt and now I mean just even breathing I breathe better it's kind of nice isn't it have to breathe oh oxygen hey so we're having to come across and there's not a lot of movement in here but this is where we need to get to okay so we're pushing in we're rolling wow yeah take your time okay give it a minute I can go to
sleep right now your body can finally feel some relief yeah yes it looks like your body just like took a huge change right now wow it did this one this hip yeah he did good right last time he did good close your eyes though sometimes people like to watch me and we don't like to watch me oh wow I felt good after yeah you're welcome you're doing you're doing awesome I know was really tough and it was a lot it was really hard like it's hard for you to trust me but listen you are doing

that feel when you look down you can touch your chin your touch [Music] my love it I love it so much for you so happy tears of joy I love it and this is this is what it's you're getting your life back you're able to turn look up and down my goodness and this is just small things yeah one time first time one time of many right oh yes time you stand up again oh my goodness even the way you stood up way better right try and touch your toes again let's see yeah okay oh
yeah how does that feel in your back feels good wow w oh goodness gracious yes and you can look to the left and to the right without having to like stop in the middle anymore oh and I don't have to do this [Music] no let's have you walk oh yeah you see like when you're walking you have a lot more your legs are ambulating a lot more they're what this feels so much better yeah you're holding like you look totally different relaxed you look totally different like so good what changes are you noticing compared to
when you first walked into the the office I'm I'm breathing better I'm walking without so much pain here even in my left knee less pain yeah is it awesome I appreciate you all right thank you so much you did so good oh my goodness
