this guys let's go let's see how much it has changed in the Relentless pursuit of immortality humans have sailed boundless Waters across the epoch like the explorers of old we yearn for this fulfillment as we covet the dances of the Gods always visible yet perpetually Out Of Reach you see it was always curious to me how is it that we end up in this place like we were just as short but then suddenly fell into a temple kind of strange kind of strange if you guys ask me now it seems based on what I'm playing

a good day you guys know what it is yep is a shrine when interacting with a new Shrine the interactive Shrine is set as a new checkpoint when rookie will respond whenever he dies they restore rookie HP and potions and make common enemies respond pretty classic now one of the things that R the get is a little bit strange is that the beginning of the game is the same as a demo I really wish that games wouldn't do that cuz then it is like oh again know what I'm saying but hey I'm sure getting this

don't get to have now I will say it the game plays really smooth so far like the attacks and the moves it seems that you can actually Dodge and roll and do things like in a pretty good way not going to complain about any of [Music] that ortal characters Ken is this what we found is there something else [Music] Jal this is strange place and run with beside creatures and pervasive sense of hopelessness the temple smells awful despite reading all the stone tables most of the information doesn't make sense the word Leviathan keeps popping up

everywhere suggesting its importance but what is the significance and who are these Mar Keepers I keep reading about I need to clear and straightforward answer so they keep talking about the Leviathan so my guess would be that maybe we he the thingy or maybe we like kind of like I don't know like maybe maybe you come back once you have a range weapon and you hit the face of the Leviathan and then the Leviathan is like yes Daddy hit me harder and then you do it again and he opens up I think it's new I

think in the past this pillar wasn't you know it there's I'll be honest there is a couple of things that they feel like they're new and um if that is the case I'm not going to be unhappy about it seems like they definitely did a couple of changes which is actually a good thing [Music] nothing like that Leviathan over there I'm pretty sure you can hear it cuz you see the top it has like some sort of like Lantern or something that I think if you hit you will trigger and maybe you hit it from

here like once you got your gun but that is something that we will 100% try out once we get the chance but I think finally because of that little tip over there the game is kind of like allowing me to what let's let's see once we have the abilities to actually progress we'll see if the game is doing better or not [Music] against enemies like these you want to like go slow yeah you don't want to you don't want to hit them too many times cuz then you can like get stuck and getting stuck in

and what do you do the Old Fall were on of out worshiping the mighty Leviathan under its blessing the island flourished enabling the old folk to encounter other peoples and cultures with growth game Strife with war knocking at their doorstep now if we don't find a way to fast travel the whole Metro Venia thingy is going to be a little bit tedious but if I'm going to be honest with you guys so far I'm liking what I say I I really like what I'm seeing it's pretty enjoyable I think that the adventure it's going to

be a good one it feels like it's going to be a good one you got to be careful with these guys die two hits and goodbye there it is oh this is just for the bridge and then we have another tablet that we have to trigger now what was that big old fish doing in here in dark Straits the old folk sought a guy hand when a prophet Rose offering visions that initially benefited Al many shifted their faith toward him however as his power grew so did his selfishness and Ton's darker nature emerged his actions

Rec hav and the all FK people were splitting half okay so that one stopped shining and it seems like each one of them stops Shining once you read them do we have some sort of map that we can take a look at that we can take a look at strong attack this is fine we have everything but there is quests that you can feel oh and what is this the Intriguing Stone tablet find the three stone tablets mentioned when you first got to the place how am I supposed to find them okay this is this

is a already intriguing like I'm liking that that's not fair then you respond you don't really lose anything so there is that's one of the things that as always I will always give feedback it's called Souls life quote unquote but you don't lose anything when you die so if you do not lose anything when you die meaning there is no punishments then it would only be like an action metrod Dania or something like that just a Metro what I'm saying an isometric game and isometric games are fantastic yeah those things are actually reacting faster than

before what is this aha okay so it takes three hits to kill them instead of just two I definitely don't have the powers to unlock this yet but it feels like that's going to be the first thing that we're going to be getting [Music] soon another thing that you start like discovering like oh enjoying a little bit better it's like once you discover how to beat these enemies which is something that I like once you discover like how to beat them the strategy just it's pretty straightforward H yeah we take damage sometimes here and there

but it's not like it's the end of the world and I should be using this a little bit more to like just you know do more damage and get things moving a little bit faster no secrets okay but there's a cave in there with a chest now do we want chests yes we do rookie by the siren you're a sight for these weary eyes you seem Untouched by the corruption that plagues this land how wait he transforming already this place it's unfamiliar to me but if you've survived There's Hope others have to I may be

asking much given the circumstances but you appear to be in much better shape than myself our crew mates could be anywhere on this island you must seek them out I mean sure I'll I appreciate that you gave me a quest now and then is this is is this a actual Mission like did we yeah there it is so there's no completed oh but we haven't been able to find the camp yet isn't this a camp ien I taking shelter right here that's blocked off I I understand shrines nuture life and bring Divine protection since long

before any had set food on the island once the shrines became dormant every corner of the island succumbed to the abile corruption reactivating the shrines will not eliminate the corruption but it will diminish its V effects around it Al so pretty much if there are enemies once you trigger it people like should go back to normal or make that disappear hi woo another lost traveler it's been quite a while since I saw one of them glow we call them shrines you'll find them scattered throughout the island me the other old folk call me Yara I

see you are brimming with questions I might be able to satisfy your curiosity a bit okay so I can ask you questions I probably cannot go through here okay feel are ancient relics older than the old folk from a Time long forgotten they used to Grant protection to those surrounding them now they sit collecting mold wet rocks from a bygone era yet one of them shines bright you've awakened their power still here I will linger a while more don't mind me you seem eager to explore this cursed place whenever they're having that conversation means that

they're Dawn so I don't need to actually speak with that none of this makes any sense to me we should have been lost in that storm swallowed by the Sea if beatric is still alive I will confirm with her but this island is on no chart should not exist the very air here feels tarnished I feel it seeping into my bones and thoughts I never imagined the angry mermaid and her crew would meet such a fate go on now rookie we can't afford a mo that is kind of interestingly the way that things are just

planning up together it makes more sense now than before I like it a lot those who read these words likely know the corruption touch some say that it is the effect of sharing experience with ethereal Souls others blame it on Karma's clutch yet I'll agree Bisal corruption breeds hostility attacks and guils what is the definition of guils h would love to know okay so now from here we're going to have to like go on there over there and then okay I think that's there I think that makes sense not really but I think it does

and then we're going to be entering the first oh that is close oh cuz there's an elevator in there so are we going to be going around for it hold on oh that is a shortcut ahuh but does that mean mean that the door is open now no the door is not open so you're asking me to like go back unless this door is open it is not wait hold on are we just seted the game and you're already blocking me in come on come on come on don't be like that oh hi oh Merchant

pages of the journal left behind there might be something useful so if I'm going to buy something I want The Relic CU we do not know what is it that we're going to be like one of those relics and we're going to be buying this one too I want to buy the other sacrificial bench try not to die or turn you're the only customer now if we open up our Journal what is that Relic that we got so you get multiple of them okay okay sure but I still haven't learned what to do with it

but oh look at that there's 24 crew members what the hell that's insane anyways important characters we don't care about any of them angry mermaid oh wait did we Lear just learn something about important characters no this is black eye oh here it is awful oh civilians important characters no wildlight areas here here here Asian Crossroads but what is that waterfall that we were talking about high pcks journals over the waterfall couldn't really trust my captain when he said there was a refugee in such an old place yet after my crew and I Rampage across

those rocks and valleys to reach that habit I was only glad to be alive still those waterfalls are driving me crazy I couldn't spend one more minute there regardless of how safe my crew and I were I had to find a way to home as I write this scales are popping over my skin and breathing has become quite tough I often wonder whether I should go back to that old passway and cross that waterfall once again I don't think the H food would ever accept someone who left them behind like that I'm afraid my end

is near I shall leave this letter behind to whoever needs protection from this curse to find so if we see a waterfall just use it understood makes sense not really but I guess it makes a little bit of sense anyways as any other games you see a water file just use it it's it's it's just the way that games like this work there's going to be a blacksmith in there we know that and we got to figure out how to progress [Music] yes we know the powers that we need it seems like this is the

place that going to take me everywhere I do want the map survivors Camp yeah but I do want the map [Music] when I say a map is literally a map like show me where I'm at show me where I can go show me what I'm missing show me what's left that's what I want wait hold on if we speak with them and it doesn't trigger everything maybe over here ah okay that wasn't as intuitive as it should have been but it was not bad what I like about this game is that you do not lose

any progress whenever something dies or like I'm sorry whenever you die can you please stop it thank you that was rough 61 we 165 wow wow okay I don't mind the way that it works but the fact that this whole screen stays red for too long it's always bother me a lot of games do that like whenever you're about to die they show you like that and they show you that dark screen just pretty much telling you hey buddy you're about to meet to a ice don't like it when it lingers for too long [Music]

I venture to Fall South I am reminded of that awful Massacre although I work hard to maintain my sanity I often wonder what the point is clearly Insanity has overtaken me and I will never be myself again all f is finding the corruption better than yielding to it this endless struggle is it worth it I mean that's kind of interesting like each different place has its own little secrets here and there now I am not sure if we're going to be able to discover those Secrets which is the thing that I'm wondering about the most

like H how is it that we're going to be triggering those right like I I cannot be 1,000% sure and these guys are dicks beautiful that's going to be working a little bit better for us and then we didn't go through the top over here so might as well just check [Music] it okay okay hi uh we're going to have to learn oh that's going to be awesome so I'm pretty sure like once you reach this area you're probably going to have like a boss fight or something that's going to be pretty cool I like

how the whole world like kind of like expands and you kind of like start seeing a little bit clearer I do think that the Leviathan is going to be the boss fight that you encounter in there like just in there it it just it just has those vibes [Music] there it is the fact that they can change direction it's it's not bad but these skeleton boys are a pain stop it die die there it is finally that was actually a little bit rougher and if you guys think about it I'm actually about to die so

one of the cool things about everything is how that you can always interact with the different mechanisms and now you can just ignore everything and just what the oh let's freaking go that was tight that was tight and rough I didn't say that ignore it please please that was in good if we die we're fine we have two fantastic shortcuts over there yeah it's it's rough it's like being able to defeat these guys it's not easy I do think that they attack might be too wide my only problem that I have is that I only

have the ability to roll and I'm not a huge fan of that if I had the ability to block or Parry or something would be a little bit better but that doesn't exist and because of that we just have to like focus a little bit more on perfect timing those roles yeah just doing something like that like being a little bit more careful and conscious about the interactions yeah if if you roll too fast you'll take the hit you just got to be just got to become better at it shouldn't be too impossible but at

the same time they not going to make it easy for me and what is that another Groove P that hit me from oh come on come on game that was cheap hello yo my boy got legs of Steel and what is that hold on what's happening in here rookie is that really you that you me I'm glad at least one familiar face before the end I won't make it this wound it's too deep but I have something for you something that might help take it he's better off with you now oh we got potions let's

go I was shot back on the ship before the storm took us I awoke here the wound has taken me memories fading someone from our crew pulled the [Music] trigger so somebody kind of like betrayed us that's not good and what is that new Quest that we just SC find out what happened to Captain James after heing to peperoni it is clear that something happened before that's that's that's something that we have rookie others might be outl them before that kind of sucks we find a crew member we got a bunch of money from him

I'll take [Music] that yeah Not only was he cool enough to like give me items but at the same time he actually give me gold that is like the best crew member that I have ever met in my life oh that was a clutch touch over there and as you guys see like one of the things about this game is that as we go around things start unlocking but also at the same time there is like a lot of things to pay attention to like we are going back and forth between sections but it's not

simple it's like see that like we ended up all the way here whereas if we go back we're kind of like back to this area to the survivors Camp it's it's kind of cool how they actually interconnect all the sections can I speak with you about the guy that just told me that he dead so pepperoni is dead yeah it's one thing to hear of our crew's plight another to lose such good souls he was shot before we were Shipwrecked that's a dark twist in our tail Sinister forces are at play here beyond our understanding
