Hello everyone! Don't you think that you've spend this year a bit stressed, upset or even depressed? You're lacking emotional balance.
Shall we start 2017 having a different attitude? Let's start 2017 with joy and serenity. Today we're going to talk about the cornerstone of prosperity emotional balance.
We talk in a second. In order to have emotional balance, it's vital that you stop feeding the negative emotions within yourself. If you can't identify these emotions and then cut your inner attitude of feeding these emotions out you'll never become balanced.
Do you know when you become really balanced? And what is this balance about? I'd say it's a feeling of serenity and satisfaction with life based on the healing of the four emotions that's negative.
These four emotions are the responsible for all kinds of emotional disbalance where you feed these emotions in a process that I call self-obsession. You may become either depressed or maniac or you become bipolar and alternate between being maniac and depressed. Let's get out of this wave?
! We have four basic emotions that are very negative and we need to reduce their intensity as much as we can. They are: grudge, when you get disappointed to someone; fear, that's represented by phobia, which is the effect of your traumas; anger, that's the non-acceptance of the things you find unfair: and guilty, that's actually the feeling of accepting being punished by others and yourself by criticism and demand on you because you haven't done enough.
Have you noticed that there are four negative emotions that if you keep yourself feeding them you'll be in others hands and they'll control and manipulate you? ! Then you'll go into a vicious cycle and you'll keep attracting people who will provoke anger, guilty, fear or grudge in you.
In other words, you become a "hittable" target. So, for you to become more emotionally balanced you need to get more emotionally distance from the provocation and manipulations from others, since they're constant within the family, friends and work environment. If you're not attentive and aware of yourself, you're manipulated, provoked and emotionally struck.

Did you know that every emotion within us has a positive and negative pole and we can calibrate and balance them?
It's like water purification where you remove what's toxic and negative and keep the positive aspect of that emotion. But stop wanting to eliminate the emotion. I'll explain these four forces.
Is fear good until what extent? The positive function of fear is to preserve your life and keep you physically safe. Some intuitions come from the fear and they call it sixth sense.
Your sixth sense may tell you when someone is being hypocrite, or that situation is not good for you or even that the desired job won't be a good choice. This sixth sense, the fear of allowing yourself to something can be based on a actual process of self-preservation, if you're somewhat generally balanced. So, when you are attentive to the preservation "feeling" and don't go into the traumatic phobic fear, where you see exaggerated possibilities based on past events, you are using fear in a wise way.
How can we do the same with guilt? Guilt in its principle is when you are able to perceive the positive quality of realising and understanding your responsibilities and omissions about an event. It's a mature attitude.
And that's it! Let's stop here. Let's not go into remorse and self-punishment.
When you go until the moment of realisation of your mistake and don't resent the past, you've done it right. You just recognised your guilt, which is only the recognition of the fact, of the event, not having the feeling of self-punishment. Most people use guilt as a negative emotion, but it's actually the assuming of the responsibility for what you have or haven't done.
The same way is for grudge or resentment. How can we perceive something good in this emotion? If we transmute this emotion into the positive quality, it'd be the capacity to perceive the ones who can do harm to us.
It's a sense of preservation as well. It happens when you get disappointed, you feel disillusioned. Many people say that it's not good get disappointed.
I don't think so. I find disappointment and disillusion a great sign that show the truth of the situation or person. But with no suffering!
Your big mistake here is to go into a vicious cycle of moaning and keep repeating the "should have" of the situation. In other words, you want to control everyone's behaviour. Relax!
Loosen up and you'll see that you won't have grudge if you develop a mature attitude. And the last one is the anger. Anger is an emotion of destruction.
It's the emotion that represents the mindset that you have to destroy the ones or the situations that have "destroyed" you. It's a reaction of paying back. But this mindset makes you easily manipulated since everyone who provokes you, you respond immediately.
Then you go into a vicious cycle in which is very harmful to your health. So, how to transmute anger into the positive aspect of it for you to get balanced? !
Focus your attention on the positive aspects like strength, assertiveness, setting your own boundaries and your fences, not being defensive as an attitude, but setting your defence and limits for others not invading and disrespecting you. And then, move one, don't expect neither wait for other to behave in the way you think is the appropriate. Pay attention to this: every and each of us have the right to behave in the way we want.
So, you can decide not to allow neither live with the ones who harm you. It's easier than you think keeping or reaching you emotional balance. You need to heal these four patterns and this requires courage, effort and detachment from past attitudes.
