eyes and breathe take your time to notice your breath fall into the rhythm as we prepare for this journey breathing in and now breathing in and out [Music] many people say a breakup or divorce is one of the most stressful things you can go through perhaps you feel that way right now maybe you can't even see the light at the end of the tunnel [Music] mother Teresa said I alone cannot change the world but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples today you may not be able to completely change your
mood your belief your situation but together we can create some ripples you can return to this video as many times as you'd like in order to keep creating ripples and positive changes in your life pretty soon enough ripples mean waves with waves come power the power to change wouldn't that be nice take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth take a moment to appreciate and acknowledge where you are right now from this place of hopelessness you can become anything you desire even if you don't feel love for yourself right
now you can change so let's spread love to every part of you begin with feeling each toe starting from the left pinky toe focus love on each toe give each one warmth and affection all the way until you reach the right pinky toe now move that energy to the bottom of your foot until your whole foot is glowing with vibration [Music] every muscle and the foot is now relaxed the warm wave travels up your calf imagine the warm wave has a color it feels great after a long day of being on your feet spread the
love up to your knees your hamstrings your thighs up-and-up pulsing with love [Music] welcome every sensation the wave of relaxation all the way up to the hips every tendon and bone and ligament and muscle heavy with relaxation now the warmth travels around your hips up your back covering your belly to climbing all the way up to your shoulders your arms your neck we hold the most tension in the neck and shoulders pay close attention to this area let your neck become warm with attention and love relax as the warm energy blankets your entire face the
eyes and eyelids the mouth the corners of your lips the jaw muscles let your forehead smooth let your face become peaceful let yourself smile suddenly your whole head is relaxed and warm your body is completely wrapped in love [Music] remember why we watch movies why do we watch movies oftentimes we watch movies because we want to see someone rise we want to see the star of the story go from great sadness to a place of success and happiness your life is no different you are the star no matter how you feel right now it all
reminds me of a quote from the TV show Bojack horseman it goes like this okay you are the star of a movie this is the part of the movie where your heart gets broken or the world tests you and people treat you like but it has to happen this way otherwise the end of the movie when you get everything you want won't feel as rewarding there are out there but in the end they don't matter because this movies not about them it's never been about them all this time the movies been about you this quote
reminds us that we simply need to change the meaning of what's happening to us imagine you're looking at yourself from outside your body imagine yourself as the purest most innocent most pristine version of yourself you are a blank canvas in front of you there is a TV on the screen the movie of your life is playing right now it shows heartbreak sadness and loneliness in black and white you notice you can't hear the audio very well you see yourself as you are now it may even feel a little sad but the picture quality is very
bad you can hardly tell it's you on the screen [Music] but soon the image becomes brighter and clearer on the screen you see things turning around for you how does that look for you what would it look like if you are completely healed happy and optimistic about your new future picture this now the colors on the screen become brighter the music plays louder from your movie it's absolutely beautiful it's the most beautiful movie you've ever seen or heard imagine it now soon you can't remember the old movie imagine you press a big red button this
button will help you record over the old movie with this new movie press the record button now erased that old movie now [Music] now you see yourself as a happy smiling person you've healed yourself you've forgiven yourself you've forgiven the people who hurt you you've created a beautiful future allow yourself this miracle heal yourself forgive yourself forgive the people who hurt you create a beautiful future allow the movie of your new smiling positive whole self to play in your mind right now this movie inspires you what you do next is up to you after this
