This summer we have been in Galicia on vacation. We have visited there as tourists. We have traveled by car to the coast.
We have visited very beautiful cities, like Pontecedra, Lugo and Vigo. We have also visited small fishing towns. We've been to the markets and have seen those that have very good fish and seafood.
We have been on the beaches with very clean but cold water. We have gone for a swim and walked on the sand. She has read three books.
We have visited Santiago Compostela. We have walked along the streets and have been to the cathedral. We have seen pilgrims all over the city.
We've eaten very well. We've loved Galicia cuisine. We've also gone for a boat ride in the national park of Atlantic Islands.
They are wonderful islands. We've also learned a bit of Galician language. It sounds like Portugese and Spanish.
