taking on the role acting just like a mob boss residents are saying that if you don't fall in line with what Tiffany wants she's quick to retaliate Village of Dotan trustee Kiana Belcher told the post people look at politics like a joke it's like a mockery right now because of all this stuff she comes to board meetings dressed like Nino Brown during one meeting Tiffany even brought a DJ and had him play Rihanna's song better have my money to underline the point she was making and wait until you hear this Tiffany is so deep into
her Nino Brown act that she would carry around a stuffed toy dog just like in that iconic scene from New Jack City where Nino intimidates and roughs up one of his own guys what happened huh don't nobody know nothing nobody know something don't nobody know nothing Tiffany henyard certainly isn't shy about attracting attention here she is starting a Dalton village board meeting dressed like the Wesley Snipes character in the movie New Jack City later punctuating her political points with the help of her own DJ every single resident pay me what you owe me thank you
DJ now as much as we might want to laugh off Tiffany henards ridiculous Antics the truth is her behavior has had some seriously harmful effects on the people of doltan and there's nothing funny about this at all the residents aren't just annoyed by Tiffany's over-the-top stunts and Reckless spending they're actually living in fear word on the street is that Tiffany has allegedly been using the cops to intimidate anyone brave enough to speak out against her and if that wasn't bad enough the latest reports are saying she's even got her boyfriend involved in her Dirty Work
having him stalk and threaten the activists who are trying to get her out of office Tiffany threatens residents Tiffany henyard who by the way went from being a burger joint owner to trying to run a town is now facing serious heat for allegedly draining Dalton's funds to bankroll her personal luxuries but that's not all she's also being accused of using her friends in law enforcement to anyone who dares to oppose her just ask Lawrence Gardner a 57-year-old trucking business owner who shared with the New York Post how henyard completely shut down his business simply because
he wouldn't cough up another $3,500 donation for her political campaign Gardner admitted that he initially made a donation to henyard probably thinking it would keep things civil but apparently that wasn't enough for Tiffany and her crew they kept coming back demanding more cash and when Gardner finally put his foot down and refused to keep feeding her campaign fund henyard showed her True Colors by using her power to shut down his business I made the payment Gardner said then every year she started coming and required the same thing and we had a problem about that when
he stopped the payments Gardner revealed that City officials made up false claims that he was illegally selling alcohol and revoked his business license what is she Nino Brown Gardner said anything she wants done she gets them to harass you she likes nobody if you are not doing what she says if you are not doing how she's saying to do it you are a problem according to Gardner both Tiffany and the village of Dotan police chief Lewis Lacy have made it nearly impossible for local businesses to operate unless they Pony up the cash and Gardner is
not the only one with this story apparently dozens of other business owners have been strong armed into making these required payments and when they refuse Tiffany henyard and lwis Lacy allegedly make sure their doors are shut for good and get this the post has been hearing similar horror stories from all over doton locals are coming out of the woodwork with claims that henards got the police in her back pocket using them to harass and intimidate anyone who doesn't play by her rules one of the most shocking revelations comes from doltan trustee Kiana Belcher who revealed
that former Dotan chief of police Robert Collins straight up admitted that Tiffany instructed him to Target specific people she'll have the police follow you and give tickets beler said I went out of town and she had one of the officers give me tickets it was a manipulation tactic and when beler confronted Ed Collins about this he responded she told me to write them meanwhile Dalton's former police chief Robert Collins who was fired by Tiffany last year just broke his silence on the drama revealing how Tiffany has been pulling police officers off their regular duties and
racking up the bill on the taxpayers dime charging them thousands in overtime pay the Manpower was just very stressed and critical to the point of almost breaking former Dalton police chief robertt Collins spoke to us from Florida where he's taken a job after being fired by Dalton mayor Tiffany henyard late last year but Colin says he remains frustrated by what he experience leading an undermanned overwork Police Department while mayor hener demanded a large personal security detail you know wrong is wrong and there's a time to hold people responsible and accountable for their actions last year
a Fox 32 investigation followed henyard detail as Dalton police officers drove her from morning till night often to her second taxpayer funded job as Thorton Township supervisor in South Holland through an open records request we found the officers assigned to henyard racking up hundreds of hours of overtime costing taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars but at some point there would be two officers or three officers and depending on if there was some type of event it would be more officers that's for a town of a little more than 20,000 people that's struggling economically and us
usually only has a few officers on duty per shift Colin says hanyard frequently uses the officers as her personal valet officers would be sent out to run errands to do pickups and the mayor's detail racked up thousands of dollars in travel expenses accompanying henyard on her many trips out of town why do you need a security detail while you're out of town um who's on the other end of that flight that's going to do harm as for Tiffany's response well you can probably imagine what she had to say so according to Tiffany her security detail
is warranted because she's been receiving threats from her constituents uh your critic say uh that uh you have a significant security detail first of all how large is your Police Department uh in Dalton uh and what is your security detail so we have about 45 officers in our Village um my security is warranted due to the fact of threats and things of that nature but what people not stating is it's in our CBA that's our collective bargaining agreement that's our Union contract so it come with the seat that's what people not saying I didn't make
this up I didn't just create this and say I want security but this was just another one of Tiffany's lies because what she forgot to say is that she is not a union employee she is an elected official and elected officials cannot be part of a union as for the CBA or collective bargaining agreement this means that those officers she has at her beckan call get paid overtime when they work more than 40 hours a week but just because that's in the agreement doesn't mean they actually need to be working all those extra hours and
if Tiffany wasn't so busy trying to run Dolton like a wannabe Nino Brown she wouldn't need all this Security in the first place and then for Tiffany to have the audacity to talk about threats when she allegedly sends not only cops but also her boyfriend to intimidate anyone who speaks out against her or doesn't comply with her orders so get this Dotan Village activist jedadiah Brown recently confronted Tiffany about allegations that she covered up for doltan trustee Andrew Holmes who was accused of graping a former Dotan employee and according to jedadiah after he confronted Tiffany
about this she sent her boyfriend and multiple police officers to stalk and intimidate him so here's the Scoop back in March 2024 NBC Chicago publicized files obtained through a freedom of information request showing that the Illinois Department of Human Rights was investigating Tiffany henyard the village of doton and Thornton Township over sa allegations according to these reports Tiffany's former assistant fenia Dukes alleged that she had her drink spiked and was graped by doltan trustee Andrew Holmes during a work trip to Las Vegas and according to fenia Tiffany not only covered up for homes but also
tried to silence her when she wanted to come forward with her story this is our last night in Vegas when we clock out is anybody hitting the strip with me you know it's my birthday and everybody said no or they had something else to do but Andrew um miles did say that he if he's dumb doing whatever he was doing you know he'll catch up with us okay so fine but I at least knew I got a man with me I'm going to make it home I a even got to worry about going try to
go on the Strip by myself I I legitly thought that you know I was going to make it home um until my last memory was me waking up in his room a lot of people been telling me they so proud of me and at first I never I never understood what they could be proud of because I just felt like I was just doing was right because it happened to me but then coming out and in um the news putting out my report um and hearing that it might be possibly other victims that broke me
even more but it was like that's why they proud of you because you let them women feel like I can say something and somebody's going stand with me because I was done wrong now fast forward to July Ulan activist jedia Brown confronted Andrew Holmes and Tiffany henyard about these allegations during a village board meeting things got really intense when Brown started grilling hommes with personal questions about the accusations he then made a move to the front of the room heading straight for Holmes but before he could get any closer police swooped in and took him
away you could have at least declared your innocence which noted you haven't done and so I'm simply asking you right now because me sitting here looking at your face I'm utterly disgusted because how dare you take your back outside and stand with any family when there's a woman with a child that's waiting on a responsive a response from you literally as an elected official and as an advocate about what you did was it conent was it not did you rape that woman did you put something in her drink and you going to answer and you
going to answer me promise you that you can see her what Brown then began to directly approach Holmes who actually came around the board's desk to meet Brown before he was quickly surrounded and taken away by police after he was taken into custody jedadiah was charged with a misdemeanor for supposedly resisting arrest however that wasn't the end of the drama because jedadiah also later revealed that Tiffany sent her police chief and her boyfriend Kamal Woods to stalk and intimidate him so right now I'm being followed by a cop car and then he is pulling behind

seemingly implying that the police would shoot him I'm sitting down Chief Lacy they mad now Chief Lacy did just like this while walking he says I'mma get you did you see that I'mma get you I'mma get you and I said excuse me like mother what he said I'mma get you this is the chief of the Dalton police this is my testimony of what I experienced today by the way earlier this month Chief Lacy was fired and hit with an indictment for bankruptcy fraud prosecutors are accusing him of hiding assets and income from creditors and taking
actions to avoid paying a lawsuit settlement Federal indictment just announced against the former deputy police chief of Dalton this is Lewis Lacy at a recent village board meeting he's now charged with bankruptcy fraud Lacy is accused of scheming to hide assets and income from creditors and trying to avoid paying a loss Su settlement he was fired as Dalton's deputy chief just last week this comes as The Village's finances are under investigation now let's talk about Tiffany henards boyfriend Cal Woods because he was allegedly one of the people in those black cars stalking jedadiah Brown to
no one's surprise Kamal Woods is just as sketchy as his super mayor girlfriend and he was actually named in one of the subpoenas served to Tiffy by the FBI according to the news organization the Illinois answers project Cal Woods who is identified in divorce records as Tiffany henyard boyfriend works under Tiffany at the township and is a director of her foundation that claims to help cancer victims the Tiffany henyard cares Foundation which Tiffany financed using Township money the divorce case documents show that Tiffany's boyfriend Kamal Woods earns a highly lucrative salary in excess of $100,000
per year working at the Township in addition to his side gig providing private security for local government when approached for comment by the Illinois answers project Cal hung up the good news is the FBI is finally circling in on Tiffany henyard but the real question on everyone's mind is how did this woman manage to stay in office for so long while acting like a Mafia Boss right out in the open like seriously is someone higher up pulling strings to keep Tiffany safe it's wild to think someone as unqualified as her even made it this far
in the first place could this mean she has some powerful friends protecting her who is protecting Tiffany so one person that the people of Dalton are pointing their fingers at as one of those responsible for this mess with Tiffany henyard is a billionaire businessman and governor of Illinois JB pritsker pritsker a member of the wealthy pritsker family that owns the Hyatt Hotel chain has founded several venture capital and investment startups including the pritsker group where he serves as managing partner he's been a longtime financial backer and active figure in the Democratic party after winning a
competitive primary he became the Democratic nominee for governor of Illinois in the the 2018 election he defeated the Republican incumbent Bruce rer in the general election on November 6th 2018 and took office on January 14th 2019 pritzker was reelected on November 8th 2020 2022 he was also mentioned as a potential running mate for kamla Harris in her 2024 presidential bid however she ultimately chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walls instead and as you can imagine JB pritzer isn't exactly a stranger to Scandal back in the 20 8 campaign the Chicago Sun Times uncovered that pritsker removed the
toilets from the mansion He bought next to his own place making the house unlivable and then used this to argue for a lower property tax assessment this tricked the Cook County Assessor into slashing the mansion's value from $6.25 million to 1.1 million which granted pritsker an 83% property tax reduction the Cook County Inspector General later accused him of trying to game the system but pritsker brushed it off as a political hit job and in assisted he followed all the rules now fast forward to 2022 and reports surface that pritsker his wife and his brother-in-law were
under federal investigation for alleged Shady property tax dealings however the details were kept under wraps and nothing concrete has come out of the investigation just yet as for pritzker's connection to Tiffany henyard Thornton Township residents are saying he must have been aware of the crimes Tiffany has been accused of from misappropriation of funds obstruction of justice locking residents and trustees out of the Village Hall denying the press and public entry to Township board meetings using public funds for campaign materials and her personal expenses threatening and intimidating residents the list just goes on and on one

of doton Thornton Township Tiffany henyard or members of her Administration adding that this is the reason she has no incentive to obey state law if doing so does not please her when federal agents delivered the first subpoenas to doltan Village Hall in April Tiffany henyard her married boyfriend and the acting Deputy Chief of the doton police immediately drove to Springfield for Council Roberts wrote adding yes it appears that Tiffany henyard is enjoying protection from the Democratic party of Illinois Roberts then went on to say that Tiffany has close connections to prominent members of the democratic
party including the speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives Chris Welch Roberts addressed governor pritsker in his open letter asking is a reason for the lack of a state investigation into Tiffany henyard the fear that such an investigation may lead to incriminating evidence against politicians holding higher positions than hers now don't hold your breath for JB pritsker to answer this question however people on social media have already made up their minds and pretty much everyone agrees that Tiffany henards case is just the tip of the iceberg someone said I believe that there is a larger
