I don't know if you are paying attention or saw this floating across your timelines but there is an extraordinarily important battle going on at the Supreme Court today uh to protect kids from deranged parents who want attention on the internet um and so they put them through gender affirming care whatever that is um science that is murky at best procedures that have already begun to be banned in other countries and now the United States government is suing to keep these procedures in place the B Administration is suing to keep their ability to uh ruin kids
forever and there is C it's currently sitting at the Supreme Court today hearing arguments right now there are clashes outside of degenerates and people who are good God-fearing Americans so let's actually get into this Matt Walsh is set to speak today I believe he's in the room so uh things are heating up here and uh you know shout out to Matt not just Matt but everyone that's involved in this um who are speaking at these events who are standing up for the rights um of people who can't stand up for themselves so Tennessee's ban on

there are a few problems with that claim first of all there's no such thing as a trans kid that doesn't exist those those kids are not trans they are confused and their confusion has been exploited by quacks and abusers they are Abus victims they are not trans kids second the law in Tennessee isn't Banning kids from doing anything it's Banning doctors from causing permanent damage to kids this is a ban targeting doctors and parents who are abusive and who are themselves targeting children so what the trans activists what the people over there are actually claiming
is not that kids have a right to be castrated but that doctors have the right to castrate them they are fighting for the right of adults to abuse and harm and mutilate Ely damage and Destroy children that's what all those people over there are fighting for based um you know um Matt Walsh is doing you know I've had criticism with him I don't want to hear anything he has to say about pop culture TV or music but on this issue he's 100% right and he's out there doing the work he's out there doing the work
which has to be respected you know I'm just you know me and the daily wire have our our stuff whatever occasionally but they're out there doing work and and all the other people that are there too it's disgusting it's evil now third finally with all that said I actually agree with the premise sort of this this case is about the rights of children it's about the right of a child to be protected from the gender butchers that's what it's about children have the constitutional right the human right the god-given right to live live and grow
and learn about themselves and the world without being indoctrinated and exploited by people who reject the fundamental realities of existence children have a right to go through phases to have moments of confusion and discomfort in their own bodies just like every generation of children before them without that confusion being seized upon as a pretense to do irreparable harm to their bodies so to the trans activists over there claiming this is all about the rights of children I say again yes yes you're right it is yeah they have a right to not have their psycho parents
who want more you know internet points and internet clout uh to uh you know get involved and change their bodies forever now some of the latest updates are Judges Justice Alo now Tennessee has begun its defense just a few moments ago after two hours of arguments against the law Tennessee solicitor general Matthew Rice has begun arguments in favor of the law rice began saying that the law was enacted to protect kids and it is um it is you know you see here obviously a few moments ago they AC clu forced to admit that people do
in fact regret transgender medical procedures now I'm sure there are some that don't but the that's the argument is I don't care if you want to do this stuff to your to your body when you're 18 I wish you wouldn't I wish you would think through it but once you're 18 you're an adult in my opinion not only should you be able to do this stuff but you should be able to rent cars you should be able to drink you should be able to do everything if you can go fight and die for your country
at 18 then you should have every single right available to everyone else um it's stupid it's it's it's idiotic that we have any of this stuff um you know it's it's insane that we would allow any of you know two three four tier system uh in rights in this country but that's you know for a different video you know Alo has has pushed the ACLU on questionable self preservation claims so the biggest claim for like allowing people to do these surgeries is that it saves their lives you know evil doctors will say um do you
want to trans kid or a dead kid and then parents get bullied into doing it um and then they became a customer of the healthc care system for their entire lives so Alo pushed back on assertions that these procedures prevent children from ending their own lives he asked tro if she maintained that medication in question reduce the risk she claimed that it was quote clearly established in the science that the medications reduce the risk Alo Point into research in the cast review which is perfect that it says there is in fact no evidence that quote
gender affirming treatments actually reduce these people self-d deltion rates she replied by saying there's no evidence in the studies that this treatment reduces completed attempts in their lives like what literally what so again you have all sorts of nonsense by the way so here we have an exchange uh unfathomably based so this guy's got a sign that says no child is trans um and then you have a yes yet another white liberal woman uh who is uh apparently in support of it he he he calls uh he calls her the p word which is hilarious

to launch this this legislation that has led ultimately to this supreme court casee so definitely something that we're really interested in watching very closely at the daily wire but this is a case that could ultimately lead to the supreme court defending children all across the country uh and a really really vastly important medical decision for many many Americans yeah I mean again you want to do what this kind of stuff when you're an adult I might think you're goofy but you have every right to do that this is about protecting kids and anyone who uh
