>> 400 kg lift. >> Dude, so he's lifting 410 kg. What's What are these bags of cement?
D1. I'm going to assume that's their language for cement. >> Two crates, two crates.
We have bags of 400 kg lift. bags So 50 50 50 50 200 and 200 kg. >> So he's got 200 kg.
So he's got 200 kg on each side. What's he going to do with it? >> So this is also 5 kg bag.
>> Oh, yeah. And the leg part's 5 kg as well. So with all the wood and everything he's he's just added up in his head, it's 450 kg.
Just for clarity, I did actually own the world record for the axle overhead at 216 kg. I had a bit more at the time. But 216 kg above your head is I would have said world class, so he's probably the best in the world.
>> mimicking me, you are doing >> Oh, oh, let me just let me just rewind that. >> And Eddie Hall, you are mimicking me. You are doing videos about me.
Now try this video, and I am here to make the a world record, 400 kg world record. Never ever has been lifted. I am breaking my own record.
And this is also a challenge to me. >> So he's actually challenging me to lift 450 kilos. Oh, I love I love the warm-up.
That's it. That's his warm-up. That's it.
He's ready. He is ready. Ready to rumble.
>> But, let let us do some uh warm-up. >> Oh, no. No.
So, I take it back. He's got a proper warm-up bar here. So, he's warming up with 20 kilos.
Okay. He's done his warm-up now. He's warming up with 20 kilos.
All right. All right. What the hell?
And he reverse bicep curls it as well before he presses it. Come on. That's it.
Yeah. And he just can't get it above his head, does he? Come on.
Come on. Come on. That's it.
That's it. Yeah. Got the power.
Does he straighten his arms? I mean, he gets it like that's a lock out for me. Good lift.
>> [screaming] >> World's Strongest Man, Kambaba. Here he is. The one and only Kambaba.
Just look at the size of him. Presence. Feel honored just to be watching Kambaba.
What's he doing, you little pheasant? Has he got a pair of She's got an adjustable wrench. on it.
You just lift the wheel up with one hand. I'm just going to use this wrench now. You watching?
That's it. Just add that. Adjust that.
I love it. It's right. It just keeps cutting and it's bent a bit more.
Won't cut, bent. Oh, god. >> [laughter] >> I was doing it one-handed now.
Look at that. Yeah? Yeah?
Look at that. Smash up the floor. Let's put a hole in the floor as well.
Why not? Remember this? I knew you'd snap the axle, too, wouldn't you?
I love watching old stuff of myself. This is 200 kg. See how we got it?
>> How difficult that is to move to get that to there and then to push it with the ease that you do. That's It's so insane. >> What?
>> And that was a like a 30-year-old axle that just snapped on you. >> Well, here we go. >> [laughter] >> That challenge looked at me funny.
It looked at me funny. You see that thing going, "Why me? " >> So, this is the first time I broke the world record.
It was 462 kg. Bit of a backstory behind this. So, I competed in the Arnold's USA in Ohio the week literally 4 days prior to this.
Flew to Australia, which took 2 days. >> So, you're jet lagged. You're probably not well and knackered.
>> Not well fed, knackered, lack of nutrition, and you've still got the Landed at night and as I was having my evening meal, just about to go to bed, the organizer was like, "Ed, we need you to pull the world record That was tomorrow. Arnold's coming at 11:00 a. m.
>> So, it was on April 1st. I'll give it a >> No problems. >> Yeah.
>> I was broken. I absolutely kind of broke myself, mate. Look at that.
Amazing. Wow. >> [screaming] >> Wow.
There's Arnold on the left. Surreal. How did that feel?
>> Amazing. >> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Well, it was a It was a good moment, for sure. >> A great defining moment. >> Yeah.
>> Great defining. >> I don't think anything's Anything's more defining than the 500 there. >> No.
That was the weekend where all the So, in the It was all in the the media, the newspapers. It wasn't Eddie Hall broke the world record deadlift. It was the beast.
>> And that's where >> That's where the beast was born. That weekend. >> Love it.
Eddie Hall is sweating there, mate. >> I know. He's the sweatiest man alive.
[laughter] >> He actually spoke about me at Giants Live in Cardiff a week. >> Did he? >> On the mic, yeah.
>> Oh, nice. cool. >> After a deadly deadlift, uh what's it like on the uh CNS?
What's it like What's it like on the body? >> nice. Yeah, you sort of just get very It's like It's like 5 seconds of >> Your adrenaline is like >> massive Yeah, adrenaline explosion.
And then afterwards, it's just like >> That's That's the come down. >> Yeah, still got it all, but you >> Yeah. >> You've got to really like control your breathing and calm yourself down.
>> And do you feel it the next day? >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah.
>> Just feel like you're hit by a bus. >> Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. I felt that on bench, you know what I mean? Like I love those workouts.
And every time I've done seven plates deadlift the next day I I've genuinely felt felt depleted. >> Yeah. >> Here we go.
This is the magical 500 kilo deadlift. >> I have genuinely watched this probably over a thousand times. Oh, mate.
The bit where your face shakes uh >> [laughter] >> And he's like that that edit where it zooms on your face. I mean, I definitely sent it to the gym today. days.
Max 420 or 30. I seriously still don't know how I did this. >> It was a fast pull as well.
>> It's incredible, man. It's so good. I think on the day, I think he could have pulled 510.
>> Yeah, well, I could have pulled more, definitely. >> Wow. I'm going to watch the bright day after this and the piece [music] of wood that was put on the back afterwards and how you felt and what happened.
Was that a scary time? >> Yes. Yeah, it was.
It's as I say, it's all that blood pressure has hit me all at once. Nose popped. I had blood in my ears, blood in my tear ducts.
>> Yeah, so just that pure pressure. >> Yeah, it's such huge pressure and the the doctors said basically you to get blood here and in your eye ducts, you must have had a bleed on the brain. >> I mean great, you know, great things there's great risk, isn't there?
>> Sure. >> But think about how many people have been inspired by those videos. >> Yeah, I'd like to think so.
I don't know. I mean I'm one of them, so. >> Okay.
>> Incredible.
