Who would have thought we'd get to [music] watch the downfall of one of the richest, most famous, most successful producers in the world happen in live action this fast? Diddy's life is getting worse by the day. Actually, by the minute.
The man is trapped in prison. He's supposed to be out sometime in 2028. Yet, somehow, he keeps mysteriously ending up in prison fights.
And the word on the street is that somebody on the outside may be helping organize all this mess just to make sure Diddy stays behind bars a whole lot longer. [music] Because every new fight, every new incident, every new problem can make that release date look a little less certain. [music] So, who's attacking Diddy?
Why? Who wants him kept behind bars? And what [music] exactly are they so worried about him getting back to?
We're getting into all of it now, so stay tuned. Play your games in prison. They'll knock your face in.
Pull like this that you did. you had 15 guys behind you against a helpless girl or helpless stylist probably half gay. Do it in prison.
Be a big shot in prison. See what happens. Now in the prisons I was in the supermax and places like that.
First of all, we wouldn't be able to get at you. But you'll be washing my clothes for stamps. I said, I'm going to give you four stamps.
Go wash my clothes. go to the room and go wash my clothes. Or I would tell him, "Get a broom in a mop and clean myself when I go play ball.
When I come back, I better not find a hair in thating cell. " That's what he's going to get. You think they give a about him?
They Oh, he's so tough. They couldn't even stop him. He was so brutal.
See if they could do that in prison. See if they'll stop you. See if they'll shut you up.
You got a lot of mafias in prison. Thai mafia, Mexican mafia. Pull it off.
Do it. Go in there. Cartels.
Go ahead. See what happens, bro. Okay.
First of all, we have to understand one thing. People don't magically become different human beings just because a judge sends them to prison. You don't walk through those gates and suddenly get a brand new personality.
[music] And especially not when you're somebody as problematic, spoiled, and completely lost as Diddy. This man spent years partying, doing drugs, running those freakoffs, and living in a world where people practically danced around him and did whatever he wanted. So, of course, when he got to prison, he wasn't exactly arriving with this humble little yes sir, no sir attitude.
He was used to being the boss, used to getting his way, used to people adjusting themselves around him. And in the beginning, he actually did get a little taste of that same treatment inside. Diddy is using like eight other inmates like personal access codes to call everybody he wants.
Exactly. It's like add this person to the call. Add this person.
Yo, like he's he's running the jail. So these inmates I completely believe and by the way this is how the government painted it. He's getting them paid directly through uh what they call um these cash processing systems.
Yeah. So, you know, probably, yo, send [music] probably tells his people, "Yo, send her $1,000. Send his mom.
Send his girl. Cool. " And then the inmate in there with him is like, "Yo, we going to have your commissary filled.
You're going to move around like a king like me. " So, I I get why this is happening. And the only thing I look at is like, why did people believe or think anything otherwise?
Like you think you're going to normalize a billionaire that could have any type like if Diddy walked in a room and you know this guy's of significant money power and even respect despite whatever happened and y'all are all in jail. You're not going to be like yo bro he don't he usually don't got to bring his tray over there to throw it away. Now I'll do it cuz I want to be cool with him.
I got my people outside like I have a public defender. This guy is spending $2 something million a month on lawyers. He could throw me even if he throws me 2500.
Hey, nobody can touch Diddy in here. Matter of fact, I'm gonna act like I'm I could be the most made dude. Hey, I'm just letting y'all know anybody want to get to him, y'all gotta go through me.
I'll take the ass whooping. So, this kind of sounds normal. However, [music] um I think people thought Diddy was done when he got to jail.
Okay, you're finally a regular dular person and they're realizing, [music] you know, Diddy didn't work all them um years to get billions just to get locked up and those billions can't help him. Right. Right.
He's still Diddy. Yeah, he still did it. Come on.
Okay, come on. Diddy is Diddy as long as Diddy has money. [music] You can run a whole circus from anywhere when you've got hundreds of millions behind you.
Prison or not, money talks. But here's the ugly part. Diddy is getting dangerously close to bankruptcy.
mansions sold, cars sold, money disappearing left and right. Even his son's wedding is reportedly being pushed back because of course they can't just have 20 people in a cake. It has to look rich, even if the money is falling apart behind the curtain.
[music] And the biggest red flag, Diddy isn't even paying his lawyers properly. His own legal team is fighting over unpaid fees and trying to get out. When the lawyers defending you are asking where their money is, that billionaire image is basically on life support.
A new court filing says Shawn Diddy Combmes has not paid his attorney in his civil case in more than 6 months. His attorney also says Combmes has failed to cooperate with them in a defamation case over a cable TV appearance made by his former music manager. Attorney Michael Traanti is now asking the judge to let him off the case.
Combmes is saying in a statement today that he made the decision to switch lawyers because he won't let anyone take advantage of him by overcharging him and running up bills he says that were never approved. Hey, what's up guys? How y'all doing today?
Well, baby, if your name is Sean Diddy Combmes, you are going on the record talking about the reason why you aren't paying your lawyers is because they were stealing from you. was humiliated yesterday when his lawyers, the ones that are behind a $und00 million lawsuit um against a lawyer uh somebody that claimed that Diddy used drugged baby oil and of course News Nation that actually aired those claims, he sued them. First it was 50 million, he raised it to 100 million, right?
So the lawyers yesterday did a story about it. They was like, "Um, yeah, no, like let us out of here because if you don't know, lawyers need permissions to quit quit a case. A lawyer just can't leave you.
It's like a doctor walking away in the middle of surgery because lawyers actually do provide a real service in a system that's very hard for people to navigate the legal system. There are very specific rules for how you can quit. Okay.
The lawyers went in and said, "Listen, this man ain't pay his bills. He's hiding from us. He basically is broke.
We don't have time for this. Your honor, please release us from these strains. Let us free.
Let us go. " Right. [snorts] Um, we he's in a good place right now.
He really don't need us. He can hire another lawyer. Let us go.
And also, your honor, put a lean on all his stuff cuz we want our money. Now, I thought that was humiliating for Diddy. Okay.
Because at the end of the day, I think most of Diddy's power is wrapped up in who he can make a star, which the question should be no one because he couldn't even make himself a star. We saw the Love album. And also people that are kissing his butt because they want a dollar, right?
They want a dollar. So it was humiliating that Diddy whose power goes about like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got all this money is not paying his lawyers for a lawsuit that he claims he's going to win a h 100red million. " All right.
Now, listen what Diddy's rep actually said because if you guys don't know, Judah Engel Meyer, Engel John Jacob Engel Meyer Smith, what's his last name? Um, Judith uh, Engel Meyer went on record and defended Diddy. He hit us with the He's a good man, Savannah.
Now, mind you, as you read this, keep in mind this is the same person that told us that it was nothing but basically lies. I'm paraphrasing that Diddy had been caught drinking toilet wine. Um, he said it was lies that Diddy had been caught making three-way calls.
And was he I think he was silent about Diddy's um uh throwing into solitary confinement because according to the people in jail, Diddy started a fight uh cuz he wasn't following the rules and everybody got punished. Um and Diddy got mad that somebody got mad that their cell phone got taken and Diddy decided to open a can of whoop butt. Okay, so let's put this whole disaster in order.
You don't have the money to pay people off anymore. You don't have the money to keep inmates serving you like you're still running bad boy from a cell. You already have years of ugly allegations attached to your name, including SA accusations, and you were convicted on prostitution related charges.
On top of that, plenty of people still publicly believe your name belongs somewhere in the Tupac conversation, which is not exactly a tiny little rumor to carry around. Then you've got the Sirok mess, more specifically Diagio. Diddy went to war with a company way bigger than him, sued them, publicly accused them of mistreating his brands.
And some people believe that is where he really picked the wrong fight. Because after years of freakoff stories and rumors, suddenly Cassy's lawsuit hits, then the raids, the charges, the prison sentence, everything. [snorts] And now they just don't want him out.
So let's go look at the Sarak deal. What happens? So, Diddy in 2007 does the SRA deal, which is a partnership with Diagio to revive Sarak Vodka, taking a 50/50 profit sharing role rather than the standard endorsement.
As brand manager and CMO, he elevated the brand from 40,000 to over 2 million cases a year, making it a premium product. Now, keep in mind, if you don't know who Diagio is, Dagio owns everybody. Johnny Walker, Crown Royale, Smeirnoff, Kettle One, Don Julio, Kasa Amigos, Captain Morgan, Bailey, Irish Cream, Guinness, they own all these companies.
So, Sarak, hey, this is big. We're bringing Diddian. He's going to take it from 40,000 to 2 million.
Profitable. This is great. Let's make some money together.
2013, Dejon Tequila co-ownership. Diddy and Dagio jointly acquired DeLon Tequila, making it a deeper investment relationship. May of 2023, Diddy sues Diagio.
Did he file a lawsuit accusing Diagio of neglecting the DeLeon brand, racial discrimination, claiming they marketed it as an urban product and failed to treat him as a true business partner. Then in January 2024, they settled out of court. Diag and Diego settled the dispute out of court.
While details still remain sealed, the settlement marked the end of their business relationship. So this is from 07 till 2024, 17 years. Could they have protected him?
I don't know. Their CEO currently today is Deborah Anne Crew. She was a former intelligence officer in the military.
Once intelligence officer forever you're an intelligence officer. Who knows what happened? We don't know the relationship.
We're not going to make any accusations. All we know is could this have been a protection where they were at the parties and they knew things that were taking place and they're like, "Wait, what do you want to do to us? " No problem.
Boom. Drp the bomb. I don't know.
All I'm saying is the timing is kind of strange. Maybe even they wanted to kind of be like, "Look, we know what's about to be dropped on this guy. We want to have nothing to [music] do with you.
We're out. Here's some money. You stay quiet.
We'll pay you, but we want to get out of here. " These issues really started for him once he went after them because shortly thereafter he sold Revolt TV and anybody who follows him, Revolt TV was his baby. He worked hard on that.
Facts. So once that was sold, I knew the end was near at that point because, you know, just like Gucci Man when he went to jail, he passed his artist contracts off to people who can hold them and fulfill the details while he was gone. That's what they do.
They pass it off to people who can put it in a shell corporation cuz you can have a corporation and have a anonymous owner. So once I seen Revoke get sold, I knew the end. I I knew there was going to be a tumultuous path for him for sure.
Did you feel like it was Diddy's uh or do you feel like he was careless uh towards leading up to this like just I know you had mentioned him just the way he's moving uh you know he's even him coming to New York lollipops. Do you feel like he was moving like very careless to where like that's why you don't have a bond that's why you know you didn't you weren't strategic enough in this whole thing? Absolutely.
because the agreement was that long as his private jet wasn't in the same state as him, he would be able to stay on the street. The moment that jet came in New York, he got arrested. [clears throat] And then you got to think about it like they got him on audio calling witnesses trying to get them to change the story.
That's extremely careless. Yes. It's almost as if he was used to having someone protecting him.
Puff did some things to some powerful people that they're calling in their friends and everything and everybody's taking their hands off of him. So now he's no longer the alter boy and he's not in their club anymore. Did you hear him on Jimmy Kimble?
He said, "Yo, I thought we was friends. " Jimmy Kimble know he wasn't supposed to ask Puff anything about me, but he's not part of the boys club anymore. Basically, for years, Diddy had a certain level of protection around him.
He was working with a billion-doll company surrounded by powerful, well-connected people. And when you live like that long enough, I guess you start confusing access with actual power. And Diddy is already known for having a pretty massive ego.
So, at some point, I think the man just got lost in his own image. He started believing he could mess with anybody, say whatever he wanted, sue whoever he wanted, and everybody would still have to play by his rules. The problem is that attitude apparently didn't start with Cassie, Diao, prison, or any of this recent mess.
People who were around him years ago have been describing that same behavior for a long time. And when somebody starts feeling powerful enough to treat even the people closest to him like they need to remember their place, you start understanding how comfortable he had gotten inside his own little kingdom. You said that you saw Diddy slap Biggie.
You You know what? I think it he I know for sure cuz it been so long, bro. But he told him cuz uh they we were all talking.
We was at the MGM. It was I think that was the day before the Manily fight or something like that. And um you know we're all talking you know sitting there talking Keith talking to Diddy them and Diddy's popping da da da you know whoop and uh Biggie tried to say something out of turn kind of I guess because Diddy was talking so big spoke out of like cut him off to say something and then that's when Diddy looked at him and told him like I'll slap you.
You don't talk till I talk basically. And it might not be exactly that like that, but it was something like that. And we looking I'm like, damn.
Okay. You know, all right. But he didn't say nothing.
He just he didn't say nothing. You could tell it probably bothered him a little bit. You know what I mean?
But he just he left it alone. Then he came back talking to, you know, turned back around talking to Keith. So he didn't physically slap you?
No, he didn't. He didn't physically slap him, but he kind of punked him in front of everybody. Yeah, he kind of punked him.
That's it. You know, I don't even want to call it punking him, man. Cuz, you know, did he was the money, you know what I mean?
So, I guess he he felt that he couldn't do c, you know, he average person probably would have said he probably would have tried to do something or, you know, I mean, I don't want to really say punk. He's punked in my eyes, you know, telling me he going to slap me. You know what I mean?
Like, yeah. All right. And that is another problem with living like everybody around you is disposable.
Eventually, people remember what you did to them. Did he spend years stepping on toes, controlling careers, making enemies, and treating people like they were either useful to him or in his way? That kind of behavior may work when you're rich, powerful, and everybody still needs something from you.
But once the money dries up and the power starts slipping, all those old grudges suddenly get a lot louder. And 50 Cent is probably one of the clearest examples of that. Because according to Gene Deal, their beef didn't just come from 50 being 50 and trolling Diddy for sport.
He says Diddy gave him a very real reason to hate him years ago. When 50 was out here, you know, trying to get into, well, he was writing for most of Puff stuff. He's writing for artists.
He was writing for uh different people. ll puff um whatever he can get money at, you know what I'm saying? To do some writing and stuff like that.
J Master J had him writing something like that. So, Fif was writing. Then when he did how that industry, how to rob the industry cat joint, he's supposed to be the next one to come out of New York.
You understand what I'm saying? He gets in this beef, you know what I'm saying, with uh Murder Inc. J uh uh Gotti Supreme them.
They try to eliminate him. Then Puff and the other people put a tag on him. Where is that?
Yo, don't let him make no money. Don't don't sign him. You ain't gonna have nothing but problems.
They put a bad tag on him. You understand? He got to go to the West Coast and with Dr [music] and um Eminem to get his deal.
You understand what I'm saying? So they put this tag on him to stop him from eating [music] his craft. You understand?
They try to kill him. You understand? Because they got a problem with him.
And then [music] you supposed to have some love. So people who tried to take you out of here, try to stop you from eating and everything like that. Diddy was a part of that too.
He was a part of that because he was telling the executives and people don't mess with him. Just just picture this, bro. He knew he could write.
He knew 50 had talent. You understand? Why 50 and get a deal in New York City?
Facts. Yeah. They had him black ballalled.
I mean, I think even Gotti talked about it in an interview that they he kind of he black balled him, right? But hold up. It it ain't only Gotti cuz Puff had a voice just as much or probably more than I puff would have said, "Yo, I'm a sign this kid.
Who's going to stop him? " So, did he went from private jets, mansions, and everybody saying yes to him to prison fights, unpaid lawyers, old enemies resurfacing, and people he allegedly crossed finally having nothing to lose by speaking. That is the part I keep coming back to.
Money can buy loyalty for a while. Power can keep people quiet for a while. But once both start disappearing, suddenly everybody remembers exactly what you did.
And if even half of these old grudges are as serious as people around him claim, 2028 [snorts] might be the least of Diddy's problems. Tell me what you think. Is this just prison chaos catching up with him?
Or did Diddy spend years creating the exact enemies who could make sure he never gets comfortable again? And subscribe because this mess is clearly nowhere near finished.
