in this video we are going to look at a lower extremity strengthening protocol for the management of patellofemoral pain syndrome [Music] hi welcome back to physio tutors due to the multifactorial a theology of patellofemoral pain syndrome that we discussed in another video multiple rear protocols have been proposed either focusing on developing quad strength or focusing on strengthening the glutes Nakagawa from 2008 combined two components into the rehab program that also included stretching of the hamstrings quads calves and ITB as well as patella self mobilizations to address all possible contributing biomechanical factors there 6-week RCT showed
