she used to work every week you know it took its toll in her so I was put into Care at 13 years old I never really Jed with any of the families or any of the people that I got with and so it was easier for me to just shut myself away and just put my brain into things I love to Do I have always sung I don't think there's anything else in my life that I do with such you know such passion this competition is obviously a big thing it could add the element of

a single parent household where it was my mother and my older sisters we were dirt poor we had one room that we sectioned into different parts we never had electricity or running water it was a humble life Anybody wouldn't want that but it was a perfect thing for me you know and it's not a sad story it's like how I came out of that and now I'm triumphant you know so I'm proud of it this is probably going to be the biggest break I get this I can say single-handedly the biggest moment most important moment

up the courage when Conor was 11 and I was 13 to go out and sing on the street small fish in the big pond we Went out to the city center in Dublin on graphen street where all the big boys play we just loved it ever since then I think we do definitely have a bit of a special bond like if we ever have a fight we kind of just go to sleep argument argument we go to sleep wake up and the next day be gr no I can't get angry at his face look at
him it's going to be a bit Bonkers seeing the judges sitting there but then again I suppose they're just PE four People so we're well used to singing in front of people I can't even believe I'm here like it's insane so what are you going to sing for us today uh we're going to sing All Along The wat toer but it's our own version on it why that song and well it's an old song and we think that we can modernize it and bring the youth and energy to the song all right boys great good

are you hi I'm cherylyn and I'm 40 years old and I'm from plle in South Wales cheryn tell us a little bit about yourselves um I have three beautiful children and I uh I run my own charity what is the charity I found out I have a heart defect and we basically rais funds to uh place defibrillators um in public places have you tried singing before did You not want to be a pop star when you were I've sng all my life okay um I started when I was 13 I grafted around the clubs and
the pubs and then I stopped when I was 30 my husband had a really serious accident in work and he was paralyzed for 6 months so I give it all up to basically help him get back to Fitness and learn to walk again and I never went back and now I'm here and I cannot believe it myself and Sheron be married come for 10 years now as soon as uh I saw saw her and I just fell in love with her voice and I fell in love with her very soon in our relationship I was
involved in a in an accident it was a life changer being in the police force serving at one minute and then paralyzed the next it was tough times and sherelyn was my rock she held on to me when I there was times there was dark times she saw me through it you Know it's an opportunity for shery now to to come here and have that that dream that she she left behind for my for my sake you were there for me it was tough know I want you to go out there and I want you

of time by myself in my room Reading Writing and singing the reason why I'm I haven't really been out singing is probably the lack of confidence and it's it's a lot easier to sing in the house than it is to go in front of an audience I've been writing songs and poetry since I was about 7 years old it just gives you an easy skap to like get your thoughts out of your Head so they startop bugging you all right sweetheart good luck go this competition is such a huge contrast to anything I've ever done
