shoulders [Music] good wide march feet are nice and wide arms are moving pick up those feet [Music] all right facing the side we're gonna do a big walk forward big walk back [Music] good let's travel a little bit more see how far you can go hamstring curl with the right leg [Music] [Applause] okay you're swinging that arm like we're going for a brisk walk [Music] good if you want to remix it at a fun challenge bend straight and straight good make sure we are kicking that thumb and not turning it into a knee drive work
