Hello! Welcome back to APG Platform. This tutorial will detail the procedure on how to cancel or VOID a ticket.
APG Platform gives you the possibility to CANCEL or VOID your ticket and get refunded according to the airline and its cancellation policy. First of all, access APG Platform’s back office. Find your booking using the transport search tab.
Then, hit search. It is now visible below. Click on the “manage booking” button.
Consult the airline cancellation and refund policy just below, in the travel summary. On top of the travel summary, click on the CANCEL button. It is the same button for both actions : VOID or cancellation.
If the ticket is issued, you can void the ticket on the day of issuance. Please check the table “time zone for voiding” available in the user guide. The time zone to consider is not midnight local time!
You can also find the information in the Airlines functionalities’ tab which recapitulates every possible action per airline. If you ask for a refund after the day of issuance, the refund will be made according to the fare policy of the airline to which the ticket is subject. Also, if you paid by credit card, the bank account related will be credited.
In the case of a prepayment, if you have a declining balance, it will increase. Note that the APG Platform system automatically calculates the reimbursement if it applies. There is no risk of ADM.
