so propair was born out of giving customers the capability to really leverage their data and one of the benefits that we've gotten over the years is that customers trust us with their first-party data so we process a lot of leads we're processing hundreds of thousands of lead records every month we now over the last year have started to look at those lead records and the conversion performance in an aggregated way and what that allows us to really do is to extract insights from what's happening in the world of lead conversions and when we talk about
lead conversions we're talking about sales ords that have anywhere from 10 centralized sales agents up to a thousand and are investing a lot of their marketing budget and again what we're able to do is look at that performance data in aggregate the quarterly studies that you'll see every single one it's really structured the same way we look at the last three quarters and we measure our test versus our control group we'll either look at predictive lead assignments sometimes we look at our probability scores and see how effective those were as well and then usually We'll
add a little bit of insight into maybe what was different in this particular past quarter relative to Prior quarters sometimes I'll write something a little bit more along the lines of where the trends are going and other types of insights that you might get just from our particularly unique perspective on all of this data we present it out into the market we're hopeful that it becomes a tool and a resource that folks can use in developing their own and refining their own lead conversion strategy
