if you ask me to choose one thing that matters the most when it comes to good skin I would definitely choose food no matter how much skin care you apply or how much treatment you get if your lifestyle and food are just bad then your skin can't be good before I used to eat a lot of like spicy food junk food and sweets and you know I didn't have like the healthiest diet and at that time like my skin was still like okay but it wasn't as clear and good as now these days after I
changed my diet my appetite also changed I no longer crave unhealthy like overly salty and sweet food and I've also notice that my skin looks a lot clearer I don't even put makeup outside these days because my skin is just that good so I'm going to share some meal ideas with you guys that you can easily follow at home and also taste good so let's start with breakfast I'm going to have yogurt it's plain greatek yogurt I'm going to put some like fruits on the top I have blueberries right here I always like to eat
fruits like for me fruits are my snack I also have some almond it's very crunchy it tastes good It also says almonds are good for preventing hyperpigmentation and also eights and hydration I'm also going to powder it with some matcha it not only tastes good but it's also good for skin you know there's so many Macha skincare products it's anti inflammatory and it's really good for anti-aging not too much just a little bit because it can taste very bitter let's also put some hemp seed I feel like these kinds of like nuts and seeds like
they're not only healthy but really gives you like texture and more variety like when you're eating they really do make the taste a whole lot better I'm going to add some honey because I do like a little bit of sweetness at it I also love this pineapple juice from Trader juice I also like their Tangerine juice and all kinds of like naturally Source fruit juices I don't drink anything that's artificially flavored but I do go with these pure fruit juices that come straight from the fruit the Kiwi is really sweet if you guys have a
fruit that you like I recommend like trying to eat that as much as you can and eat eat it as a healthy snack instead of opening for sweets or like chips and stuff like that I just had breakfast but I'm already hungry so let's move on to lunch for lunch I will be making Pokey is anybody else a fan of pokey pokey is probably one of my favorite foods it has lots of health and skin benefits I just cooked some rice and now I'm boiling the water for at the mamy these are great source of
protein uh but they're frozen so I need to cook them in the boiling water first I bought this fish from Hmart yesterday this is just salmon and tuna just make sure to double check before you buy any raw fish that it can be eaten raw because before like I wasn't aware that there are specific types of raw fish that we can eat sushi or sachimi grade I think but at that time like I was clueless I just bought like raw fish and just ate it raw so make sure to double check because that can harm
your body I'll also be putting some graped Tomatoes some avocados cucumber and mangoes I feel like my bowl is too small for all these ingredients let me actually change the bowl I'm going to add a little bit of ponzu soy sauce and rice vinegar be careful like not to over sauce it because then it won't be very healthy Y and become very salty so I'm just going to do about a spoon and mix it all together fish is something that I really worship when it comes to like collagen meal and Skin Care before I had
salmon in my fridge and I just unconsciously ate it three times throughout the week and at the end of that week I noticed that my skin was like literally glowing and Pokey is such a healthy meal because of so many fruits veget vegetables and fish in there it's like a perfect meal I also have this seaweed seaweed also hydrates and volumize his skin so it's great to pair with any kind of rice bed dish okay now let me take a bite it tastes pretty good I'm so glad I got the vinegar like before I only
had the soy sauce and it just felt a little bit off but now it really tastes like the one that you actually have at the store it is known that Marine collagen is like smaller in terms of molecule size so it gets absorbed into your body better that's why I feel like when you eat a lot of fish you can see more immediate results on your skin so I try to eat fish at least once a week it's probably closer to like two to three times a week um but I really consciously try to eat
fish whether it's raw or cooked if you eat it with seaweed it's even better on the days I don't eat Pokey um I like to cook macel and eat it with rice and other kinds of soup the skin is known to have so much collagen and it's actually healthier than the fish itself so I always like cook this and eat everything except for the bones chees hey guys it's dinner I'll be cooking T if you don't know what that is it's basically a rice cake in a soup but not just regular soup we use this
rice cake that's like rounded like this and we boil this in a beef bone broth beef bone broth is so full of collagen many people drink this or like use it for cooking to maintain good skin and health let me put this inside I'm probably only going to end up using like half of the broth and I'm going to save the other half for later oh and I always like to add a little more water because store bought bone broth tends to be a little salty for me I'm also going to put this egg some
people like make it real pretty and decorate on the top but I'm a little too lazy for that so let's just make things simple I'm just going to like stir it so that it kind of floats in the soup this is honestly one of the easiest dishes to make and it's also healthy I also have some leftover burgi um it's basically a marinated beef so I'm going to put a little bit on the top let's eat it Koreans actually eat this every new year and we say you can actually get older only after you eat
this so we always grew up eating this and maybe that's why Koreans have really good good skin people also put like seaweed on it but I already ate it for lunch so probably won't repeat but you can really add ingredients to make it more flavorful but honestly I'm happy with this I like to drink every single drop of this juice like for other soup I find them a little salty and like unnecessary to keep drinking but this one like I got a drink for collagen so yeah that was my first attempt at Beauty food video
