hi Krishna everyone welcome to principles of Temple Administration today we're going to cover uh facility management and I'm going to give a little overview here so as we know looking after krishna's property is very serious matter um and it's one that really involves a lot of work behind the scenes often it can be considered a very thankless task um and you only really know about what's going on behind the scenes when something is broken so what we're trying to do in this uh this series is to really give you some ideas and areas that can
help you to understand if you invest a little bit of time and looking after regularly looking after krishna's property and the facility then it can really really help to make things a bit easier uh the content overview is that we're going to look at areas of concern specifically 10 main areas of concern in the management of the facilities and then we're also going to do facilities policies and the allocation of that facility so like that a few things coming up objectives by the end of this course you should understand the different areas for maintaining facilities
um you should also be able to see the importance of regular maintenance uh establish a plan for fire security health and safety practices and allocate facility uh according to the policies that you've put into place and established now facility management is a huge huge area we could get into it and go on for days and days of training uh in each one of the 10 areas at least you could cover for an hour but uh we're not getting into so much detail we're just giving a broad outline of things that you could focus on and
we're trying to to give you then the opportunity to go away and decide yes this is really an area that I need to look into then you cultivate more knowledge and work into it so uh getting into the detail of each of these areas outside of the scope of this course we're just giving you basic food for thought and facility management okay so now we uh we ask you to continue on to the next next section uh which will be areas of concern uh after that facilities policies and allocation okay thank you very much we
