In the area of art tokenization, I see that 205 has moved from experimentation [music] to execution. So you look at around a lot of the financial institutions like banks, insurance company, sovereign wealth fund and asset managers are moving from talking about tokenization to actually integrating and [music] even using tokenized products across whether is a tokenized treasuries or tokenized repos and using in their workflow and processes. [music] So that's one and the second big point that I've noticed is because of the collapse of a lot of unregulated synthetic dollars or stable coin or tokenized RWA both institutions [music] and retail are finally asking the questions and the right questions not about how high is the yield but how safe and how secure or how compliant are these products and I think that is really a fundamental and monumental change and shift that is moving in the right direction if you ask me.
Yes. So for 2025 moving from experimentation to execution 2026 will [music] be scaling. So what I would be expecting is that we will see less of silo tokenized you know products coming up at least within my space [music] but you will see platforms that's emerging that will allow and help participants whether is the asset managers stable coin issuers fintech new banks to help create tokenized products end [music] to end and bring it on chain and that's exactly what open ether has been building and what we like to call it RW as a service that is end to end from issuance to tokeniz ization the distribution and integration into DeFi network.
Yeah, I think one of the major thing that Binance has done that was monumental, you know, in my view is the launch of the Binance trip [music] party agreement where a yield bearing collateral is being accepted [music] on an off exchange custodian on Sefue for example and open Eden's USDO for example is the first [music] collateral that is being accepted in this program. So essentially what you can do as an institution is you hold USDO which is U bearing on your own core wallet segregated in SEU and Binance exchange will give you a one is to1 mirror asset for you to trade on your portfolio margin account and this achieve two things. Number one, your collateral is now generating yield.
So creating [music] capital efficiency. And number two, you will eliminate certain amount of counterparty risk because your asset, your collateral is sitting outside of the exchange. And what Binance has done [music] now is to create a market infrastructure that is very similar to how traditional finance work.
And that will really help to bring [music] in greater adoption from traditional finance institutional investors. They are now moving into trading crypto. So for someone that's starting to come into [music] crypto, I think two important things they should look at.
Number one, security and compliance. So which trading venue that they select, [music] they need to be very sure that it is safe and secure. So looking at whether it is compliant in certain regulatory jurisdiction, [music] I think that's important.
Now number two on choosing what to trade and how to trade. I think it's important to be wise enough to remove all the hype and [music] noises and really look in the fundamentals and look at the project and what exactly are they doing and how are they adding value to the whole ecosystem [music] and how are they enabling use of blockchain to harness [music] what efficiency or whatever that they're going to create value for the ecosystem and go through that and do your study do your research [music] and not just follow hype. Yeah, absolutely.
It is such a huge melting [music] pot and I think what really surprises me is that even though Binance as an exchange as its own, [music] you know, chain, I actually see a lot of other participant, you know, could be other exchanges and even other chains that are here to to work together with Binance and also to integrate and assimilate, you know, with all the different participant. [music] So, I'm really happy to be here this year and I was here last year. I'll be here again next year.
