okay this is a legendary video I'm going to be showing you how to combine thumb pulling and Chin tucking to develop your maxilla give you the best jaw you can get train your neck and change your entire face okay what I want you to do is stand up nice and straight against the wall imagine there's a wall behind you just push your shoulders out get your neck straight and have every part of your body touching the wall other than your heels your heels should be slightly pushed forward and that mimics perfect posture now what I
want you to do is with this perfect posture don't move your neck just hinge it hinge your chin towards your neck and give yourself as many double chins as possible like this okay now here is the ultra important part this is the thumb pulling position you want your thumbs like this behind your lateral incises not touching your teeth just on your pallet like this and what I want you to do is now go back to the chin tuck position push your shoulders out Chuck your chin in just hinge it and then put your thumbs in
that thumb pulling position and now here is the key resist downwards with your chin try and keep it touching your neck the entire time and push upwards and outwards with your thumbs not just outwards not just upwards you want to go kind of diagonally push it like 75% force and resist with your chin it's going to create 24 times the amount of pressure you can with your tongue develop your maxilla push your whole jaw forward and if you do it consistently for a long period of time transform your entire face and posture now what I'd
recommend is holding it for around 30 seconds three to four times a day but if you're looking for amazing results do it once every hour of the day for 30 seconds to a minute do this and you'll no longer be absolutely cooked
