I'm getting married in less than a year. That is so crazy to even process. And one of the things that I believe is very very important in marriage and just even being a woman in general and just a person in general is your mornings.
One thing I think that's very important about being a wife and just being a woman even in singlehood is starting your mornings very productively. because I do believe the way you start your mornings is the base for the entire day. It's the foundation for the day.
It sets the tone for the day. So, this is going to be my morning routine that I'm about to be trying to exercise daily if I have it in a perfect world. This is how I would literally have my mornings every single morning because I just love the way I feel after I have my mornings like this.

So, the first thing that I do after I read my chapter of the god and make my bed and obviously talk to you guys because that was part of my morning routine is my oral care.
So, we just brush our teeth, do some mouthwash, you know, do a little tongue scraping action, then I touch up all of the details, my bun, all of that. And I also pulled off my pimple patches because I'm about to get into a little workout. And when I tell you this SKIMS X Nike headband is the truth, it is literally my favorite and I want to go get the brown.
I've honestly been so inconsistent with working out because of my stress levels during planning this wedding, y'all. Which is actually probably the reason why I should be working out more. I know, I know, I know.
But anyh who, I go ahead and put something in my stomach because I didn't want to work out on just a completely empty stomach. So, I ate me a banana. I was going to make a smoothie, but I decided I'll make it afterwards.
Honestly, felt like a smoothie was going to be too heavy for my stomach. But anywh who, I've been loving the Pilates at home reformer board workouts. When I tell you these are the truth, I am always sore after these.
Now, it might happen 2 days after, but when I tell you the muscles be sore, my abs be sore, my legs be sore, my butt be sore, that's just so funny to me because when I first started these workouts, I was really scared because I was like, what if these don't work and I don't get the same results as me actually going and booking a class? But when I tell you girl, it's been working. It's been working.
Now, I really need to start hitting Pilates at least three to five times a week at home. But I have not been doing it because I've been moving around so much. But that is exactly why I have not been making excuses.
And anytime I am home, I'm hitting these workouts, honey. Hitting the workout. But y'all, in the middle of working out, I had to switch teachers because I actually switched up on my OG girl and I put on this one person.
And when I tell you, I was like, "This is doing nothing for me. " And I put her on, girl, legs was already burning. I was ready to give up.
So, I finished wrapping up my workout. I did a 20 minute workout because I ended up switching to a different instructor and I was spent y'all. So, I hydrated on my water, of course, and then I went ahead and prepped to get in the shower.
And these are the products that I used today. This combo right here is so so good. And then when you get out, the body butter with the loaton after shower oil, y'all, I be smelling so good.
A body butter and a body oil. Hate to see me coming. And y'all please ignore all the bruises.
Like every time I cluck my leg, I just bruise. Like it is ridiculous. At this point, I need to go to the doctor to see why I bruise so easily because I can literally cluck my knee and then I wake up and there's a 1-in bruise on me.
It just never fails. Anyh who, I go ahead and get dressed and then I do my skin care because y'all, I've been lacking on that as well and I just feel like my skin has just looked so aged recently and then the stress is also adding to my skin. So y'all, I got to start just really taking care of myself altogether better.
So that's why we hit the skincare this morning and I've been consistent period and I'm seeing results. And if nobody told you sunscreen is the way to go like every day, every 4 hours, put your sunscreen on. That's how I get rid of dark marks.
That's how I decrease fine lines on my face. That's how I smooth out my skin. Sunscreen.
But anyh who, I go ahead and do my brows and then I put on these cute little jelly brightening under eye patches from Creme Shop. And when I tell you they were so cute. This is my first time using them and I love them so so much.
After I do my skin care, I go ahead and start doing my hair because me and a slick back have been going together real bad the last three days. So, all I really did was put some water on it and just like it back some more. And I was like, I'll deal with this later because it's about time for a wash day anyway.
My hair is itching. And now that I'm remembering, I also need to go ahead and schedule my curly cut while I'm looking at my hair because [music] it's time. I can tell just by my ends.
Anywh who, now we are good and prepped for the day. Feeling real cute, feeling real hydrated, and it was a rainy day. So, that was just adding to my tiredness and my exhaustion.
I really wanted to go for a walk, but I couldn't because it was storming. But anyh who, after that, we go ahead and start making our breakfast. And I've been really simple with breakfast cuz I'm not really a breakfast person.
So, I eat about the same thing every single day. Some protein bagels, blueberry, and I got this little smoothie mix from Trader Joe's. And when I tell you it is so, so good.
I was a little scared cuz I seen the package. It said kale and all this other stuff. But when I tell you, you can't even taste it.
It's so good. Smoothie also has 25 g of protein which I feel like is a great amount of protein and it just looks cute. Look at that purple.
Any and then I just made some eggs on the side cuz I didn't really feel like making bacon or eating bacon. So, I just made me two eggs, poured my smoothie and also had my bagels and we were good to go. And look at my cup y'all.

There's my yummy smoothie and there's my yummy breakfast. And of course, we also need to take our vitamins before we do anything. So, I've been in love with the Lemi Focuses and also I've been taking magnesium and also hair, skin, and nail vitamins.
The magnesium lowkey had me tired, but I literally needed to take some magnesium. And then I went to my desk so that we could start reading some word while I finished up my breakfast. I'm finishing up the book of Acts.
And when I tell you this book is so good, like I really [music] just see how much detail is in the book of Acts and I understand why it is such a good book in the New Testament. I've truly been taking my time with Acts because it is such a good read and it has so much detail and it has so many things that us as believers even in this generation need to be taking heed of. But after I read, I go ahead and do the thing that many people don't want to do and it is work.
I needed to respond to some emails. I needed to upload a video for this brand deal that I had and I also needed to just select some products and stuff for upcoming collaborations that I'm working on. I'm definitely so grateful to God for all the opportunities he's sending to me, but I'm also so stressed.
But this is what I prayed for and I just need to be relying on God's strength to sustain me through it. But that is all for my morning routine. Just super productive, trying to get back into the flow of things and just seeking Jesus overall and keeping him at the forefront of my life so that everything else can flow naturally.
