How to reset your nervous system so you're finally in alignment to manifest your desired reality. So, here's something nobody talks about when it comes to manifestation. You can have the perfect vision, know exactly what you want, do all the visualizations, [music] affirmations, all the techniques, but if your nervous system thinks you're about to die, none of that [ __ ] matters.
[music] And I know I sound like a drama queen right now, but your nervous system doesn't do subtle. It's either we're safe or we're going to die. [music] There's no in between.
Most people are walking around with a nervous system that's been screaming danger for so long, they don't [music] even notice it anymore. It's just their baseline. So, in this video, I'm going to break down why your nervous system is probably sabotaging everything you're trying to create and more importantly, how to actually [music] fix it.
Because this isn't just some spiritual concept. This is your actual body blocking your desired reality. And don't worry, I saved the best for the end on [music] how to fix your nervous system, not gatekeeping [ __ ] Buckle up.
We're about to get started. So, the first thing I want to say is that your body doesn't care about your goals. All right.
So, most people approach manifestation like it's all mental, right? Like it's all about what you think and what you believe. And yeah, that's a huge part of it.
Like, but there's three level to this whole thing, right? There's a spiritual side of you. And I want you to conceptualize the spiritual plane as realm of source energy, infinite intelligence basically where everything already exists.
The next thing is you got your mental plane which is the realm of thoughts, your beliefs, basically your conscious mind. That is the realm of your mental plane. And then you got the physical plane which is your five senses, your body, your nervous system and your cells.
The physical level doesn't give a [ __ ] about your goals. Because the truth of the matter is your body has one job and one job only. Keep you alive.
That's it. It doesn't care if you want to manifest a million dollars. It doesn't care if you want to find your soulmate.
It cares about survival. And your nervous system is the control center of all of that, right? It's constantly scanning your environment going, are we safe?
Are we in danger? What's the threat level? And really and truly, it only really operates in two modes.
There's the rest mode. This is when you're calm, relaxed, open. And then there's the survival mode.
That's when your body thinks there's a threat. And it's trying to protect you. Now, when you're in rest mode, in that parasympathetic state, you can create, you can materialize your desires easily.
You can see opportunities. Your brain works properly. Right?
But when you're in survival mode though, in that sympathetic state, your body shuts down everything that's not essential for you to stay alive. And guess what's not essential to staying alive? Your dreams, your goals, your vision for the future.
So your body is like, "Yeah, we'll get to that later. Right now, we need to not die. " And the crazy part is most people are stuck in survival mode without even knowing it.
By the way, if you're an entrepreneur or self-employed and you're stuck at the same revenue level month after month and you want to actually break through that ceiling like 2x, 3x, maybe even 4x your current numbers, I work with people one-on-one to rewire this exact nervous system programming we're talking about. So link in description if that's you feel like my energy today is like very approving. You're nodding your head a lot.
Why is that? >> Very energetic. >> Very energetic.
And it's actually because I took a shwander. Yo, is it just me or any of you guys who take Ashagawana can tell me this? I have crazy ass lucid dreams ever since I took Ashagawanda.
And the other day, I literally had inception. I was in a dream of a dream. I was on a boat and I keep waking up by a boat.
Is it just me? I don't know. I felt weird though.
Now, I want to cover this. You're probably in survival mode right now. So, how do you know if you're in survival mode?
Stay with me now because this could be very well be you and you can actually fix this today after watching this. Well, let me ask you this question. Do you feel tense most of the time?
Like there's this lowlevel stress that's like just always there in the back of your mind kind of just like pinching you? Do you find yourself bracing for bad news? Like you're always waiting for the other shoe to drop?
Like do you have trouble relaxing in general? Like even when you're supposed to be chilling, your mind is just racing. That right there is survival mode.
That's your nervous system saying we're not safe. Stay alert. Something bad could happen anytime now.
That's where your nervous system is signaling you if you have those symptoms. And when you're in that state, there's this part of your brain reticular activating system. Wow.
Is that right? This Asian guy really trying to throw some word salad at me right now. >> What?
>> But basically, it's the filter that decides what you pay attention to. So we call it the RA and you can conceptualize it as the filter in your brain. Okay?
And when your nervous system is activated, that filter gets set to find threats. So, you're walking through life and your brain is just scanning for problems. What could go wrong?
Where's the danger? Who's going to screw me over next? Who's about to [ __ ] me over?
And because that's what you're looking for, that's what you find. It's like when you buy a new car and suddenly you see that car everywhere. It's not that there's more of them on the road.
It's that your brain is now tuned to notice them. Now, that's the same thing with your nervous system. If it's tuned to threats, you're going to see threats everywhere, even when they're not there.
And meanwhile, opportunities are passing you by. Money is available to you, but you don't see it. People want to help you, but you don't trust it.
Good things are happening, but you're too busy looking for damn problems. And unfortunately, that's what a disregulated nervous system does. It blinds you to everything except danger.
Now, why are you where you are? I'm about to break it down. So, don't go anywhere.
You can go take a leap. You can go take a piss. You can even bring your, you know, phone to the washroom.
But, but hey, you don't want to skip this part. And this is the next part. I talked about your childhood programmed your threat response.
So, where did this come from, right? The fact that you're in a disregulated nervous system. The fact that you are in that survival mode.
Why are so many people stuck in survival mode? It goes back to your subconscious programming. Subconscious programming.
And most of that got installed when you were a kid. Your nervous system learned what's safe and what's dangerous based on your early experiences. And unfortunately for many of us, it's still running those same programs today.
So let's put it this way. Let's say you grew up in a house where money was always stressed. Every time money came up, there was tension, arguments, and fear.
Your nervous system learned when that happens, your nervous system learned money equals danger equals threat in your subconscious mind. Now you're an adult now. Now you're all grown up trying to get paid, but every time you get close, your body starts freaking the [ __ ] out.
Your heart rate might increase a little bit. Breathing gets shallow, muscle might tense up a little bit, and you're confused to yourself like, why am I self-sabotaging? Well, the self-sabotaging roots comes from your nervous system trying to protect you from what it thinks is a threat.
It's like if you touch a hot stove as a kid and burned yourself, your nervous system learned stove equals danger. And now every time you get near a stove, your body tense up. Now extract bully that with money.
Same thing with money or relationships or success or whatever your nervous system associate with danger when you were young. And the wild part, the threat isn't even real anymore. But your nervous system doesn't know that.
It's still operating like you're 7 years old. Now, the next part I'm going to break down why positive thinking doesn't [ __ ] work. And I'm telling you, it's more often than not, you can probably relate to this.
It makes it worse. You're telling yourself to think positive. You're telling yourself to stop thinking like that.
Stop thinking like that. Just think positive. And then it backs like a [ __ ] crazy scenario and it's worse than ever.
I'm about to break it down why it doesn't work and how to fix it. So stay around. Now, why is it that you were thinking positively and it didn't work for you?
Here's where it gets a bit tricky, right? Because a lot of people try to fix this with their mind. They're like, "Okay, I know money isn't dangerous now.
I know I'm safe. I'll just think positive thoughts. " But here's the problem.
Your nervous system doesn't speak the language of thoughts. It speaks the language of sensation. You can tell yourself you're safe all day long, but if your body is tensed, if your breathing is shallow, if your heart is racing, your nervous system is like, "I don't care what you're saying.
The body is telling me we're in danger. " This is why affirmations don't work for some people. They're standing in front of a mirror saying, "I'm abundant.
I'm safe. I'm worthy. " With a [ __ ] face smile on their face.
But the shoulders are up by the ears. The jaw is clenched. Their stomach is tight.
And the nervous system overrides the affirmations every single time. Because your body is the truth detector. And if your body doesn't feel safe, no amount of positive thinking is going to convince your nervous system otherwise.
So you can't think your way out of a nervous system problem. You have to feel your way out. You see, you have to actually get your body into a state where it feels safe, not thinks it's safe, feels it.
And that's what most people are missing. They're trying to change their reality from the neck up, right? But the real work happens from the neck down.
And I'm about to show you that so you can finally break free for real. All right, this is something that I found useful, the memory rewrite technique. And this part nobody really talks about.
So, how do you actually regulate your nervous system? Let me give you something that's actually practical, right? So, there's this technique I learned that sounds kind of out there, but I've seen it work too many times to ignore it, and I'm going to give it to you.
It's about going back to past experiences that are still creating stress in your system and rewriting them in your mind. So, I want you to time travel in your head to whatever pose the most intense emotion to you, and I want you to rewrite them. That's like going to the roots and pull it, right?
It's kind of like pulling a hair versus shaving a piece of hair. So, I want you to do this right now. Think about a stressful situation from your past.
It could be an argument, a rejection, a failure, whatever. Something that still makes you tense when you think about it, right? Because the truth of the matter is that memory is still active in your nervous system.
It's still creating a stress response in your body even though the event is long over. So what you do is you replay that memory in your mind but instead of replaying the stress you imagining it ending differently but I know you have heard this before. This is the part where nobody talks about and I'm going to talk about right now.
As you're entering the visualization depending on the intensity of that memory you won't feel easy. I'm warning you right now. If it feels easy that was probably not intense enough.
You want to mentally stare at that until that feeling slowly dissipates. Take your time. Once you're in a more neutral state, you can start rewriting the plot.
Because the truth of the matter is, the most common mistake people do is that they try to rewrite it before the tension has lowered. I promise you, if you follow what I say, you will have a much easier time to do it. I want you to see that in your head.
You see the argument resolving peacefully. You see the rejection turning into acceptance. You see the failure turning into a lesson.
And you really feel into it. You imagine the relief, the calm, the resolution. Now, yo, that's circle Jar greaves.
No, you're not lying to yourself about what happened. You're not pretending like it didn't happen cuz it did happen. Oops.
All you're doing is you're changing the emotional charge and energy around it. And when you do this on a consistent basis, your nervous system starts to let go of that old stress response. It's like you're telling your body, "Hey, that threat is over.
We can relax now. " And I know this sounds too simple, but your nervous system doesn't know the difference between a real experience and a vivid imagined one. So if you vividly imagine a piece of resolution, your body responds as if that's what's actually happened and the stress dissolves.
And look, this is exactly the kind of stuff I help entrepreneurs implement when they work with me. Because knowing this intellectually is one thing, but actually applying it consistently to regulate your nervous system so you can break through your revenue plateau, that's where most people need support. So if you're self-employed or an entrepreneur doing decent numbers but can't seem to break past that ceiling and you want someone to help you regulate your nervous system and rewire your subconscious so you can two to 4x your revenue links below we can talk now like this is essentially you can kind of say this is kind of blend into visualization but the thing is like there's a difference between you visualizing it from a neutrality standpoint versus visualizing from a negativity standpoint.
You feel me? I'm going to say something quite controversial here, which is why I think this matters more than visualization. So, let me connect this back to manifestation, right?
Because I know some of you are like, "Okay, cool. But what does regulating my nervous system have to do with creating my reality anyway? " Everything.
When your nervous system is regulated, when you're in that rest state, you're open, you're receptive, you can see with clarity, and that's when manifestation works. That's when you can actually focus your attention on what you want and have it show up. But when your nervous system is in a disregulated, when you're stuck in survival mode, you're closed off.
You're defensive. Your perception is so narrow. And in that state, you can visualize all you want.
It's not going to work. I promise you that. Because your body is blocking it.
It's like trying to receive a radio signal while there's a bunch of static. The signal is there, but you can't hear it through all the noise. Your disregulated nervous system is the static in this case.
So if you have been doing all the manifestation techniques and nothing's changing, this is probably whying you need to clear the static first, regulate your nervous system, get your body into a state of safety and then the techniques actually work, right? And this kind of is a perfect segue for me to bring you in to the threepart system that most people to be honest from what I've observed only do one. So when I work with clients, right, entrepreneurs who are doing six, seven figures annually, we work on three things and most coaches only focus on one maybe two.
They will help you with mindset but completely ignore your body or they will work on beliefs but not on identity. But if all three aren't aligned, you're going to keep hitting the same ceiling or you will take one step back, two step backwards. Your identity has to match what you want.
Your beliefs have to support that identity. And your nervous system has to feel safe enough to actually let you have it. Right?
So when all three line up, that's when you break through. That's when 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x your results without burning out. And extrapolate this to relationships, careers, jobs, your life in general.
Not because you're working harder, but because you're no longer fighting yourself. So homework of the day. For the next 30 days, I want you to do this every morning before you do anything else.
Just spend five minutes regulating your nervous system. And throughout the day, notice when your nervous system activates, when you feel that tension, that stress, and pause, breathe, reset. Before bed, do the memory rewrite technique.
You're probably not falling asleep right away anyway. So, pick one stressful memory and reimagine it ending peacefully. Just 30 days.
That's it. Just commit to 30 days and see what happens. your awareness.
What should happen is you will notice your awareness will expand. You'll start noticing opportunities that you were missing, but it's been in your face all along. Things will start flowing a lot easier.
And not because the world changed, but because you changed. And when you change, your reality has no choice but to change with you. Because as we know, reality is just a piece of mirror.
Nothing more, nothing less. So look, your nervous system isn't your enemy. It's just trying to protect you.
It kept you alive all this time. And that's why you're even alive to watch this handsome guy in front of you, right? But it's protecting you from threats that don't exist anymore.
So you got to retrain it. Show that it's safe to relax, safe to receive, safe to create. And when you do that, when you regulate your nervous system, everything else just falls into place.
By the way, if you're an entrepreneur stuck at a revenue ceiling and you want to work with me oneonone to actually break through this by regulating your nervous system and rewiring your subconscious mind, I'm talking about 2x, 3x, 4x your current revenue in the next few months. Links in description. I only work with a handful of people at a time.
So, if this resonates with you, book a call. Let's see if it's a fit. Until next time, just remember, you can create from survival mode.
Regulate your nervous system and watch your reality shift just like that. Peace.
