Arrogant Cops That Got SCHOOLED By Lawyer Victims

what agents are you at I'm the state ATT all right thank you I paid my bills okay I'm state senator I'm not stupid okay are you I don't answer questions okay so if you have a weapon in the car then what you got one on your head you violated my rights you people under color of law have just violated my rights you didn't you're going to learn that well I know you don't believe that otherwise you wouldn't be making a stupid mistake so normally yeah we just don't I know you think we do we run

around viol every how do you know I'm not an attorney with many many years of experience of doing what I'm doing how do you know that I don't cops are usually pretty confident right they're used to being in charge thinking they've got all the answers well that is until they come across lawyers who know the law better than them and are not afraid to school them in those situations those overly sure of themselves cops get the tables turned on them so fast it makes their heads spin so let's start with this woman casually driving to

work who was stopped for no reason except she's not any regular woman she's the state attorney and these cops are about to find out what agents are you with I'm the turn all right thank you once this cop found out who he really stopped he instantly regretted it he quickly enters into panic mode apologizes and immediately offers an explanation as to why he stopped her something he didn't care to do before your tag didn't come back never seen that before I'm sorry yeah we're good now so it was we ran a tag it I've never

seen it before a Florida tag it's never come back to anything before so that's the reason for the stop but Aram the first black State Attorney in Florida's history was not having that explanation she knew she was being racially profiled was a t I'm sorry this cop was not prepared for that line of questioning and you can hear him scramble to find an explanation what was a tag run for oh we run tags all the time whether it's the traffic lights and and that sort of stuff that's how we figure out if you know cars

were stolen and that sort of thing also the the windows are really dark I don't have a tint measure but that's another reason for the stop again Aramis aala was not pleased with the cop's explanation and you can almost see the moment she knew she was going to school them and she proceeds to do just that in a cool calm tone on here yeah one second actually this isn't my car but I can write my name down if you'd like those cops are definitely going to be hearing from their bosses later and we can bet

it's not going to be a pleasant conversation but it was definitely satisfying to see them wiggle a little bit almost as satisfying as this next one the reason I pulled you you can't have white light emitting back what do you mean your tag lights they're supposed to illuminate your tag those two white lights all they're doing is shooting straight back you can't have any white light limiting them back so then that also doesn't illuminate your tag if you're wondering how a regular traffic stop can escalate into wanting to search a car this cop is about

to show you all right so after I'm done if I ask to search the vehicle to verify what you're saying is true you don't mind this could have worked on a regular person but an attorney knows they have no right to search his car I do mind but only because I'm a lawyer okay so you know I consented that's what I'm asking so you have nothing in the vehicle I have absolutely nothing in the vehicle okay no means no right nope not in this case in this case no apparently meant unless you really want to

search some guy's car in which case ask them again while acting as though they had consented the first time they told you no and you don't mind confirming that by allowing us to look and make sure there's nothing in the vehicle as you can imagine we hear no all the time but this attorney knew his rights and refused to let the cop search his car in which case they had no choice but to let him go CU they have nothing and we find stuff i' rather not search okay cool justang imagine being an arrogant cop

carrying out a traffic stop for no reason and hearing this I pay my bills okay I'm state senator I'm not stupid okay the state senator was told he was being pulled over for having an expired tag our policy over 30 days of an aspiration we have to tell the vehicle you serious with me yes sir the state senator found this to be ridiculous and within 10 seconds was promising to report the cops Behavior to his bosses I mean his bosses bosses I won't call Eric D but I'll call the rest of but I I pay

my bills this will not go over well but the cop was not backing down he insisted the car was going to be impounded I can tell you you you can talk to everybody at the department the car is going to be impounded well this did not go over well with the senator who promised to not just take the matter up with his bosses but with the state the land of the free and the home of the brave you know what this is a CR because I'm going to take this and I'm going to the state

and we're going to change the WW this next one is slightly different it doesn't involve an attorney but it does involve someone who knows the law better than most people a First Amendment auditor when you demand identification I have to display this that's what they told me in the class that's what the law says officer wants to take and actually if I don't display there's really not much you can do because there is no penalty attached to that I have to carry this if I'm carrying this are you carrying I don't answer questions okay so

if you have a weapon in the car then what you got one on your hip when you have a First Amendment auditor who knows what he needs to do if he's carrying and an arrogant cop who thinks he knows everything the only outcome is what you're about to see roll down why do you pull me over I'll tell you that if you roll it down why can't you tell me now this interaction obviously did not start off on the right foot but unfortunately it's only about to get worse because the reason I pulled you over

is you were yelling something from your car so what huh so what that's why you pull me over because I'm yelling I don't know if need a help or anything oh I don't need help thank you at this point you would expect this interaction to be over as the man has said he doesn't need help but no let me see your driver license real quick I don't need help okay guys see your driver license what for at this point the cop tried to use the classic you didn't use your turn signal trick but this man

came prepared signal when of course I did you can hear the sound on the dash cam too driver license the officers finally agreed to show him his driver's license but it wasn't enough and things quickly escalated you can just crack your window if that's what you want to do it's already cracked I can't see that well it doesn't matter here I don't wish to answer questions the auditor here clearly knows he's been stopped for no reason and the officer probably knows it too but he does not want to back down so the auditor proceeds to

own him that let me know if there's a weapon in the car you not take the class I did I tell you you have to tell them when you demand identification I have to display this that's what they told me in the class that's what the law says officer wants to take and actually if I don't display there's really not much you can do because there is no penalty attached to that I have to carry this if I'm carrying this are you carrying I don't answer questions okay so if you have a weapon in the

car then [Music] what you got one on your hip so what the man was right according to Texas law all he had to do was show his ID card he did not have to tell the officer anything the officer had no choice but to walk away thoroughly schooled this next one is interesting now cops tend to lie a lot to regular folks without consequences because those folks don't know the law and can't call them out on it but when you try to lie about the law to an attorney of the law you get schooled hey

turn that off okay no I'll keep recording thank you it's my right don't record me got me I I will look you're a police officer on duty I can record you and if you come to this side of the vehicle I can keep recording you turn it off I can keep recording you turn it off for recording you I'm sitting in my car now this cop probably thinks he's speaking to a regular person and you can see why he would assume that the man was an Uber driver so the cop makes a huge mistake how

to record me at this point the cop doesn't know this yet but he just landed himself in big trouble with that lie what is the law what are you what are you arresting me for I'm sitting here in my car I'm just recording in case anything happens I'm surrounded by five police officers you're being a jerk I'm scared right now I'm not being a jerk I want to I'm recording it in case anything happens once the attorney refused to stop recording the cop then attempts to search his car insisting he knows the law well he's

about to find out his regular Uber driver is also an attorney I know my rights I hope so I know I know what the law is I know the law I'm an attorney so I would hope I know the law I know and here man you want my bar card the officer knew he messed up right then a few weeks later an internal investigation was opened into the case and the Arrogant cop was knocked down a thousand pegs in this next one we have another arrogant cop arresting a young girl for suspicions of DWI once

the cop administered all the required tests he placed her in his car and then proceeded to search her car he didn't even ask for her permission 33 32 31 okay I'm sorry I'm cold I get it I get it it's a little bit cold out here okay all right so this next is going to be the finger dexterity okay so once I tell you to begin you're going to uh touch each fingertip so we all know that searching someone's car without their consent or a written warrant is illegal pretty much everywhere right well this cop

apparently didn't care the girl whose car he was illegally searching even tried to tell him he couldn't do that without a warrant but he just ignored her and started making excuses which is when she revealed that her mom was a lawyer you have a warrant to search her AR to so it's going to get towed okay so it's called you guys don't have a warrant so youy listen we don't need know gu lawyer here no I know what we're doing her her mom is a lawyer cool cool the cop tried to dismiss the girl's warning

that he had no right to search the car by saying it didn't matter because the car was being towed calling it a tow inventory search and continuing to search the car soon enough one of the girls fathers arrives and this is where things get real he called his wife who has been an attorney for 27 years the phone she's an attorney here she's been an attorney for 27 years perfect there is nothing going on I just want to see my daughter what what's happening so she's going to be under arrest for DWI the cop proceeded

to tell the father that he was not only arresting the girl for DWI he was Towing her car too he then argued with the father that his daughter was under the influence and he could tell just by looking at her due to his years of practice in the force the man eventually had to get his wife who was a lawyer on the phone she let the cops know they didn't have to tow her daughter's vehicle as it wasn't required in that scenario while the cop agreed he didn't have to tow the vehicle he however insisted

that's something they do in scenarios like that okay listen they're saying that anybody who gets is getting toed or her dogs in there what's going on my dog is we're all they don't have to to listen to this honey please tell them okay you're on speaker go ahead hello go ahead you're on speaker my name's I AAC attorney here INX the stat not aicle okay um we okay we as state police officers we do tow the vehicle this is Sergeant LEF with with the state police the officer basically didn't listen to the mom who clarified

that they didn't have to tow her daughter's vehicle because it was not a requirement under the law in cases of DWI especially when there's someone there to drive the car home not a requ it's not a requirement nope you're right it's not a requirement but that's what we do that's that there our policy the cop did not care what the lawyer had to say he stood on his ground and eventually towed the vehicle what happened after that was something he totally deserved coming up next we have a case of a dumb cop who gets totally

washed down by a lawyer the man was just on an early morning run when he was stopped by cops threatening to arrest him because he matched the description of of a criminal they were looking for you said just come here we're trying to figure this out man out are you serious do what I'm working out I'm doing a run I just got a call for a Family Violence what's your name the man did not want to identify himself cuz he didn't have to the cop then decided to place him under arrest at some point they

patted down his shots in an attempt to get an ID card out of him B until I figure out who you are okay how they give any information okay you're going to sit in the car okay until we get this all figured out okay because you don't want to act like no don't don't tell me anything that I'm doing wrong the man knew they couldn't search his cat without a warrant so he refused to give his consent you might be thinking at this point they let him go right well no they instead told him they

were going to take him to the police station when he wouldn't move the cop used Force to get him into the car where you going to get in the car come on no I'm not I'm not getting in the car I didn't do anything anything I'm not get in the car get in the car while the cops mistreated the man what they didn't know was that a lawyer had been standing by recording the whole thing he told them he didn't like how they treated the man and had already sent the recording to all the news

stations and had also reported it to their boss as well as the mayor I don't like the way he handle that gentleman who minding his business jogging even if he F description that's the norm that you guys use I didn't like what he did I'm already telling you I'm already going to be a witness against this gentleman I already sent this to all the news stations the mayor knows about it no one has to try hard to imagine what's coming next for those cops moving on we have a cop who thought it would be a

good idea to harass a guy who was just filming in front of a liquor store what happens next is pretty funny how are you howdy good how are we doing pretty good good can I just ask I'm speaking to you're talking to her okay in this case two cops approached the man first a female cop tried to harass the guy when that didn't work her male colleague tried to do the same thing can I please have your dat I will give you my ID if you're threatening me with arrest I told you exactly what's happening

if you cannot do it it's a resist to char so if I don't give you my ID I will be arrested you will you just turned yourself a lawsuit happy the cop started acting very arrogant telling the man he clearly did not understand the law the man proceeded to school them good for you cuz I don't think you understand the laws oh I understand the law very well you don't so listen they want you trespass I just gave her my ID no listen they want you trespass right they have no lawful reason you have no

idea on you the man tried to deal with this in a civil manner but the cops were acting like they knew everything so he put his lawyer hat on and proceeded to drop some knowledge they desperately needed so they want am I required to as well trust just turn yourself a law that's they want you trust no you're going to well you guys are the ones demanding my ID under threat of arrest now you facilitated a lawsuit against cour Lane and I'm going to win threatening someone with arrest if they didn't provide an ID is

all shades of wrong but charging someone with trespassing when they were just taking photos of a public space is even more wrong have very good attorneys and you have no idea who you're messing with no idea so you go places looking for a lawsuit that's no I go places looking to take photographs and video so it's a public property it's a state-owned liquor store that's correct and if somebody's being let's say to somebody I was not being disrupted where's your proof I was being disrupted you don't have any you have no lawful reason to ask

for my ID you made a mistake somebody's being you made a mistake no can you follow my question your logic is flawed you made a mistake although the man is doing a good job of schooling this arrogant cop it doesn't end there he proceeds to provide legal justification for what he was doing there in the first place a First Amendment protected activity this didn't stop the cops from threatening him he then revealed he was a very good lawyer and he was about to drag them through Court I'm standing 20 30 ft away from the door

not talking to anybody minding my own business taking video on public property and you're going to trespass me for that you [ __ ] up I'm sorry that's a mistake and you're going to learn that today you violated my rights you people under color of law have just violated my rights you did you're going to learn that well I know you don't believe that otherwise you wouldn't be making a stupid mistake so normally yeah we just don't I know you think we do we run around think how do you know I'm not an attorney with
