This oneperson AI business can make over $20,000 a month and it only takes $17 to get started. And the best part is it works for non-technical people. In this video, I'm going to be showing you the opportunity, the step by step of building the actual business, who to sell to, what to sell to them, and exactly how to price your offer so you can start making money right away.
So we're talking about marketing agencies and specifically lead generation marketing agencies using cold outbound. Now since the dawn of businesses, people want more customers and they want to grow. They want to make sure there's always food on their table, right?
So there is always demand for people who can help other companies grow their business. And over the last 5 years, you can just see this is accelerating and it's accelerating even faster since AI has come on the scene. And the only thing you need to get started is you need a Claude Pro subscription which is $17.
And the reason you need that is we need Claude Co-work. And Claude Co-work is Claude's AI agent that is going to build this entire business for you. And I do not say that lightly.
And I'm going to walk you through step by step exactly how it does that. So you come here, download it, and then you're going to need to download the desktop app. And when you are in it, it's going to look just like this.
Now, on the top bar, you're going to see chat, co-work, and code. And you get all of them for $17 a month. And then, as you use more credits, you're going to need to upgrade.
But you can absolutely get started for $17. Now, a really important thing off the rip is you're going to need to go to customize. And then what it's going to bring up is skills and connectors and also plugins.
And the only thing we care about right now is connectors. And the reason we care about it is we are going to be using free connectors to actually start generating leads for our business. So we are starting a lead generation agency.
We're starting a marketing agency and we need to get leads for ourselves. So the two services we're going to be using is Appify and Vibe Prospecting. I'm talking everything from Trip Adviser to Google Maps to Instagram, whatever we want.
And we specifically want to be able to scrape Google Maps to find local businesses to sell an offer to. They're the easiest to get started and they're the ones where you're going to find the most success. There's also the most entrance into that market.
There's hundreds of thousands of new local businesses started every single year. So, you need to come over to Appify. It's totally free to sign up.
And then you want to click go to console and log in. And you're going to get a free account. And you get $5 of usage credits per month totally for free.
and scrapers cost a fraction of a penny to use. So, you're going to come in here, you're going to scroll to the bottom, you're going to click settings, you're going to hit API and integrations, you're going to create a new token, and you're going to name it, and then you are going to get that API token. That is about as complicated as this whole tutorial is going to get.
You're then going to bring that back over here to the uh connector. And by the way, you can just browse connectors here. And this is where you'd find Appy.
So, you see it's here. And then you're just going to paste that token in there and hit save. And now Claude Co-work has access to the largest scraping directory in the world.
Now the next one that I also like is Vibe Prospecting. Vibe prospecting is more of a B2B. So you don't actually need this if you're going after straight local businesses, but it also does have some really good enriching capabilities.
As you can see here, enrich prospects enrich business. Again, if you come over to just virospecting. ai, and what's really cool about this is this is built to be native within Claude Code and Claude Co-work.
So when you're logged in and again free to sign up and very generous package, you get 400 credits totally for free to use in 90 days. It's not recurring and you can connect it directly into the app using the connectors here. So these are the only two things we need to get started.
As for um the offer, we're going to go after local businesses and we're either going to sell them stuff like a website, uh it could be a chatbot or lead generation. But the thing we know right now and I'm going to cover offers later in this video is we need leads. So you could start in your local area if you wanted to.
And what I'm going to do is say using the Aify connector, I want you to scrape me um 15 HVAC companies in New York. I also want you to find the owner's name and email so I can contact him. Uh phone ideally too.
Um and if they don't have an email, I want to know if they have a contact form. So now Claude Co using that Ampify connector that we've just put in is going to now live go and scrape 15 HVAC companies in New York. Find the owners, find their information.
Um so we can start reaching out to them. That is step one. Now important note in co-work agents at once.
It's not like we can only do one thing at once and we have to wait for it because what would be the point? Ultimately, we're wanting to use AI agents to autonomously work on our behalf whilst we're doing other stuff. And that is exactly how I am using this every day, all the time.
I'm running five agents, you know, plus all the time, just doing stuff for me. And it's all the laborious stuff that you might have an assistant previously help you with or someone just doing some button clicking. Co-work can now do.
The next thing that it's now going to do is go through the scraper. It's going to make sure it's finding the correct scraper to use. So, I would highly expect this to find the Google map scraper and that's the one that is going to use to start pulling this information.
So, look, I found some great Google map scrapers. And because you know the chances are you're not a technical person, the nice thing about co-work, it's also going to be doing the due diligence on the scrapers. It's only going to be doing using the ones with the best reviews that seem to have the best results.
And if they aren't delivering the results the co-work knows we want, it's actually going to get rid of that scraper and bring another one in, which is why it's so powerful having access to a giant database of scrapers. If I wanted to do a more B2B offer just for the sake of argument whilst it's running, I'm going to say I want you to use the uh Vibe prospecting connector to find me 15 um B2B SAS companies in LA, USA. And that is now going to go ahead and start working in tandem.
So you can see here we've got one scraping the HVAC companies for local businesses and one scraping B2B. Now I'm going to touch on this offer a little bit later, but I want to show you how I would actually go about scraping for this now. So one of a really common offers for new local businesses is giving them a website.
And there's plenty of ways you can do this using a tool like go high level. You can do them for free. You can even build them with AI now pretty much for free as well.
And all local businesses want to have a website. They want to be visible to start getting leads coming in. So, another good idea for a scrape for you starting your AI lead generation agency is to actually find companies that don't have a website.
I want you to use my app file scraper who find 15 companies in uh at Atlanta, Georgia that don't have a website but are active on Google Maps slash have reviews and the only way to contact is via phone or email. So now we've got three scrapes going in tandem and I'm using 15 companies just so we can see the results faster. This could obviously just be say scrape 500 15 B2B SAS.
This one's now already done. So they're saying here here's an example. So this is a sample preview five of 15.
I can now say hey show me all 15 in a table. And I can get it to give me as an export as well. And then it's still working on the HVAC companies in New York and it's fetching them because what it's trying to do it's trying to do what you call enriching the contacts.
So it's finding the companies and now it's trying to enrich. So it's looking for the owners, founders, it's now looking for emails, phone numbers, contact forms. So it's quite a complicated thing it's doing and it's doing it simultaneously whilst ultimately we could be having a cup of tea or coffee.
And then we're just going to come back here and that one's still working away. and the Atlanta Georgia scrape. You can now see, hey, we're going to be using this to start doing this scrape.
We can now see we've got a full data set. Okay, no, we can only see all 15. We need to export.
Okay, we need to use this feature. And then it'll say always allow or just allow once. I'm going to hit allow.
Um, come back here. There we go. Look, a fire account memory is fully used running other actors.
And I'll say wait and retry. It's going to be waiting and we can see these are just constantly moving around. This is trying to use web fetch to find the user the owner's information.
And because we're using a free appy account because we're now running three actors, what's happening is it's overloading it. But if you have a paid one, this wouldn't be an issue. We've got the full data set here now that we can open up and we can see them here.
There we go. Business website, number of employees, United States, software publishers, what they are, LinkedIn profile, business profile, and there we've got like a sample list of great B2B prospects. Now, coming back to the HVAC scrape, and this is the one we're going to be using for the rest of this tutorial.
Now, it wants to have the ability to go onto the web and actually try and scrape more information. This is a feature that we're going to be using consistently throughout this process. Claude, inside of the web browser, you'll need the Chrome extension.
And when we click on it, it will pull it up here. And this is really important because when there isn't like an API or what you call an MCP, and don't even worry about what it means exactly. If it doesn't have one of those, Claude can essentially go, I'm just going to take control of your browser and just try and do this as a human being.
Now, is obviously slower because it is literally clicking around like an actual person, but then it can genuinely fulfill on every task because even if the infrastructure isn't there from the companies we want to use, it can just go in and work it like an actual individual. So, we can see here it's now looking for these websites and it's working on it. And we can see here it's actually on this website and it's starting to it's going to start looking around for this contact information on our behalf.
And we can see that because of the little orange uh line around this browser tab which means Claude is actually using it. Okay. So the HVAC scrape is done.
What it's done is done five company owners for now. So we can carry on through this video. And what we can find here is we got the company name, the contact, the title, the email, and the phone number of these people.
And we can see the full thing right here. And here's the all the information they could find about these businesses, which is again, it's crazy, right? Saying, "Hey, look, we've got all of their LinkedIn information, person information, and anything that couldn't be found.
" So, it says, "Hey, check website for contact form for these ones, but there wasn't any active information out there. " This is where we take it up another level. We ultimately now want to have AI start building outreach campaigns to start contacting these people.
And to do that, I love a tool called Instantly, and it's instantly. ai. And you can do this just directly through your Gmail.
And this is why it could only cost $17 to get started. So through your connectors here, you just need to make sure you have your Gmail connected. And it can actually start drafting all the emails for you to start sending out.
The other option you got is using something called Zapia, which has access to over 8,000 different applications, and you can connect via that. I have instantly. It's, I think, $47 a month to get started.
You don't absolutely need it. But what I want to do is say, "Hey, I want you to now build me a uh email campaign in instantly. ai.
Um, the campaign co-work did this and make the line work and the email, hey, first name of the contact. I'm showing this for a few reasons. One is I haven't told it what the instantly variable is.
Two, the current what we're calling MCPS in the end, don't even worry about it, don't actually have the ability to create the campaigns. The API does, but I haven't given it given it an API key. However, because it has access to my Chrome account, what it's going to do, it's going to go in as an assistant would and actually start literally clicking the buttons and building this campaign on our behalf.
So, look, at first it's going to look for the connector and then if not, it's going to build it in the browser. No instantly connector. I'm going to build this directly in browser.
Let me navigate to instantly. ai and set it up. It's going to use Claude and Chrome and start building.
And we can see here it's just opened my instantly account because I'm logged in on my computer. And now it's going to build this on our behalf. So whilst that's building, I'm going to show you what this actually looks like live because I did this all step by step earlier um from start to finish and it's built absolutely everything and it was what it looks like.
So I said, "Use both Aify and Vibe Prospecting. I want you to find me the CEO and COO of the top 15 consulting firms in the world. Found them.
McKenzie, BCG, Bay & Company, etc. Bob, here's his email. Here's his LinkedIn account.
Then I said, using the Zapier MCP, I want you to draft an instantly campaign called Claude Co-work. Um, and put the leads inside. Make the subject line, hey from coowork.
And the email should be, hey, and then the first name. Then this is what I was saying to you. Zap connector isn't currently available.
Um, do you want me to download it? I download it. Hey, the MCP isn't configured.
It's now configured. can you add these functionalities? I said, "I don't think the MCP has those actions.
" Said, "Got it. Let me do it directly through your browser. Let me log in.
" And it prompts you to say, "Log and it will take you over to Chrome. Just make sure you are logged in. " And then I said, "Yes, that's done.
" Right? I said, "Try again. " And then it said, "I am connected.
Let me navigate. " And this is it. Step by step building this campaign as if an assistant would.
I'm going to the email page. I'm going to the campaign page. I'm clicking add new.
I'm seeing the campaign creation form. I'm typing in Claude Coowwork did this. I'm hitting continue.
And this is what you would do in an SOP like step by step. Now I'm adding a CSV of the leads. I need to make a CSV.
I need to download all the leads and create the CSV first. I then need to add it as leads. Now it's added and mapped.
All 16 rows are good. I've clicked okay. And then he said I've gone in I've made subject hey from cowork.
I've then made the body, hey, first name using the variable. Now, here's what was interesting. It said, hey, first name, but it's showing no match found because that is not how instantly uses the first name variable.
Let me clear it and use the variables button. So, there's literally a button, I will show you in a second, on instantly where it autopopulates variables. It figured it out itself.
Let me click the variable button. Oh, I see the difference. That's exactly what I need.
So, the email has now been set up correctly. I've hit save on the sequence. The sequence is saved.
I've all added all 16 leads. Here are the leads. Here's the email.
Here the subject line. Insane. It like insane.
I said, "Now, why don't you go back and add a 14-day follow-up? " So, you did a great job. Right?
And it said, "I need to add a follow-up with a 14-day delay. Here's step one. I need to add a step, then add follow-up.
" It ran into its own issue here, and it said, you know, the, you know, I've deleted the wrong bit. I need to add that bit back in. Look, see, I want need to try a different approach.
It's figuring everything out itself. So, we are now at a point with co-work where I'm able to show it exactly what I want to do. In the future videos, we're going to be building plugins and skills around this, but with nothing more than raw connectors that I could say, I want you to scrape me, you know, 100 emails.
I want you to figure out which ones are most socially active or which ones don't have a website. When you find the owner's contact information, I then want you to put them and add them into a campaign. and I want you to build the campaign as well and start doing outreach every single day.
And this is where it gets even crazier. I can now schedule this as a task. So all I did here is I said I I would just like to scrape 15 contacts a day, add them to this lead list to start doing outreach every single day.
I could have set this to 100, 500, whatever. Now the one thing I'll say is with that strategy, tokens are expensive. So obviously using like a lead generation system that may have you know a h 100 million in the database is probably going to be cheaper for this at scale.
But when I'm saying you can make $20,000 a month and it takes $17 to get started. You just need your first yes, right? And that is a case of reaching out to your first few hundred people and you can do that with a free account, a free V prospecting account, a $17 Claude Co-work account and your free Gmail if you want to.
But instantly also has a free trial that you can use too. And then what you can do is you can auto schedule it and as long as your computer is on it will run this fully autonomously for you where all you have to then do is take a sales call. What I want to do here cuz you can see that's still working.
I actually want to run through the final part of this video which is all the stuff you need and the offers that I would sell if I was you. Will this work for enterprise clients? Absolutely.
Because enterprise do a lot of business via cold outbound methods called email. I have booked meetings with companies as big as KitchenAid like billion-dollar companies all through cold call out socially active client so you can do really personalized approach and then local businesses crush with this because we can scrape using Google maps and enrich using the vibe prospecting we're going to need the appy scraper which is free and you get $5 credit per month you got vibe prospecting you can use Apollo as well they both got free accounts vibe prospecting because it's claude ccentric I actually think is really cool and we can find phones emails and enrich the contact data and then we want to use the Zapia um MCP eventually. We don't need that for starting off and then instantly I would personally recommend cuz it's built for cold email.
However, if you do just want to use your free Gmail account, you can absolutely do that. Um and you can basically set that up through Zapia. So, it has the ability to actually send emails on your behalf because the connector that I showed in this video, it can draft emails but can't actually send them.
So, you'd have to hit send. When you know how to do this outbound system at scale, so scraping leads, verifying contacts, writing emails, sending emails, and instantly, you literally have a cold outbound lead generation agency that you've just built. You're using it for yourself.
And this is now something you can sell to other people. So, you can sell this for $500 to $1,000 a month as a recurring like a tech fee, let's call it, like a minimum fee cuz you're going to be buying email accounts for them on their behalf. And then anywhere from $250 to $400 per shown appointment on their calendar.
And if you're going after a local service business, for example, and their average tickets 5 10,000, it's a no-brainer. If they're closing, you know, one in five or one in eight of these, like they're still making a killing. And I promise you, if you just get stuck into this and what I've shown you today, within an 8 hour period, you will go from knowing nothing, watching this video to being basically a pro at this.
All right. So, if you like this video and you'd like to go even deeper, you want to learn about things like AI consulting, you want to learn about more Claude Co-work stuff, check out this video up here. I think you're going to love it.
And please smash that subscribe button. I drop videos every single This oneperson AI business can make over $20,000 a month and it only takes $17 to get started. And the best part is it works for non-technical people.
