to a position like to work location and I've done a few things online over the I'm 29 so throughout my 20s I've done a few online businesses but nothing that's really ever taken off um heaps world okay so yeah I currently work pretty much every day um yeah but it's just like it's a good job but it's it's not I don't really enjoy it that much yeah well so you're in car did I see that you're in car sales yeah so I buy and sell cars oh you're buying sell cars okay I mean that's good
business you know you could flip them right no yeah so it is it's just um like the oh I work with my mate it's his company and um he makes all the money because I've only I've only been doing it for since this about 10 months just under a year um and it's just like I work a lot I work look yeah seven days a week and it's like up until 7 P.M sometimes seven seven a.m till 7 P.M and um and it's from home as well yeah but yeah okay so I I guess how
did you find us and what made you like wanna schedule your call with us so what happened was with my current job um my mate who runs the company he's really big on getting mentors so he pays like he's this guy's got a lot of money and he will just pay like he'll pay for mentors all the time like he's got this one guy that he's been mentoring in for the last couple of years and he's like man if you want to you know if you want to get ahead you need to learn of people
that are doing what you having the results that you want and and I've been thinking about that and I was like why have I never actually paid for a mentor so I literally Googled um like mentors but basically it was like so I've wanted to do Drop Shipping I I just noticed there's like there's money to be made online I just don't know how to do it do you know what I mean and yeah I thought why don't I just why don't I pay someone that's doing it to teach me how they do it yeah
100 percent and then I came across um I came across ePay I think they say yeah yeah and then and then I checked out Dan as well I found them on Instagram and I was like oh these guys maybe they're actually legit yeah 100 and yeah and I just thought man like like I'm well I'm well aware that you know a lot of people I thought I don't want to pay money and stuff it's like money's like I don't care about money it's more about like I just wanted to learn off people that are actually
doing it yeah yeah I I mean awesome they don't you've done your research too one thing with Dan is he's been doing this since 2010 um from the ground up he he built his Legion business and then 2014 is when he decided hey I'm going to create a course around this so I'm going to sell it right to help people to help people get out of um the rat race and have a good Mentor and someone that's always going to be there um you know with that obviously Google changes and ultimately um we're updating the
course four to five times a year right so it matches what what's going on with Google and all that good stuff so um yeah we we are here to help you and make sure that you are successful I guess do you have any questions in regards to the course or what kind of like what kind of questions do you have if you do um yeah so like I don't know man I'm I'm just interested to see how how it works so I what from what from what I've gathered um you know it's basically it's basically

of the like welcome going over your goals the foundation now one thing with Dan and our well Dan in particular he loves creating and he loves creating like new like tools and Ai and all that so he is implementing a lot of that into it like the AI but when it comes to our tools um we do have a few calculators like setting your goal calculator helping clients grow and meet the numbers they want to meet what we need to do and then also like a lead how much you should be charging so let's say
it's carpet cleaning your average carpet 600 to get your carpet cleaned and I'm sending you know 120 leads a month and profits are 40 but they're closing at a 60 rate so 70 new 72 new clients in a month you could say okay this is how much you could be charging for leads if you're doing like a per lead this is how much profit you're bringing them uh and then this is how much you will potentially Bill to the client right or about a flat rate of a thousand dollars a month you know there's there's
a flat rate there's a per lead and then there's the uh like a commission so you know you're able to know just by talking to the business owners like how much you could potentially be making them right yeah and I'll get like if you if you what's a cold like cold polling but giving the value they're way more there's nothing to lose for them they're like all right because you just give it to him and say look here he owns a patch company like uh like inside your house the drywall yeah uh cleaning company so
I started work with him on on the first and he's like I just want more leads I want more leads so he's even paid me 50 bucks a lead I'm gonna you know I don't have anything built yet so what I'm going to do is I'm going to run some Facebook ads I'm a and Google ads and run ads to the website get leads for them and he's gonna pay me 50 a lead like I'm gonna make a killing with this guy but the downside of that is is I'm paying ad spend right and so
you could run ads but again you're paying AdSense but that's going to give me time to then build out my lead gen get it ranked and then once it starts ranking oh okay yeah and then drop off my ad spend yeah so that was my next question actually was like if you're heating up a business to and you're trying to show them that you have leads is that how you do it you'd run ads first while you build because there's no because if you build a full website and then they say no sg's just wasted
so much time no you're not wasting time because there's other businesses out there that will potentially take the leads because you're very you're building a very generic website it's not specifically for that business it's just a to say so even if you own a carpet cleaning company you tell me you know hey Benjamin I totally understand you don't you're not ready to grow your business however which one of your competitors is I actually have leads coming in right now okay so please say no um but the very first thing we're going to teach you how
to do is what niches to go into what to stay away from uh we want to make sure you pick the right niche in moving forward I'll tell you right now you're in Australia right yeah Sydney yeah so there's a lot of opportunity over in Australia um if you ever wanted to like build anything in the U.S you can or Canada or wherever um but obviously most of our students are in the U.S But ultimately I think there's like 30 something people in Australia not a lot but there's just so much opportunity over there too
and um businesses are buying leads left and right over there I know that so you know we want to make sure you do get into the right Niche so that's going to be very important going forward so once you've picked your Niche now it's time to build out your website everything we do is on snaps you could build it out with Weebly or WordPress or Wix or anything like that we did snaps just because uh Dan instead of like sending our students he has 7 000 students worldwide instead of sending them to another platform he's
like why don't I just create my own web Builder um so he ended up creating snaps where that we have our own paid support and everything so if you need help reach out to our Snapchat okay so it's actually owned by Dan yep exactly yeah um now if you ever have like you could bring in quick money into your business too by building websites for people so what I like to do is I'll build a website for someone for let's just say 2500 bucks and then I pay I have them pay for hosting like 50
or 75 a month so I'm still because my website only cost me like 15 a month to run well ultimately I'm creating just a little bit more passive income on the back end because I'm managing their website yeah um now when it comes to lead gen we have a bunch of templates here we're always creating new templates as well so you can like pick out templates you know in in the new section um if you ever like create a blog whatever you can do that but ultimately the way it works is pick a template you
like I'll just stick with carpet cleaning um what it's going to do is going to build up the whole entire site now side note is snaps is integrated with Google's Lighthouse system and I'll show you oh Google but pretty much Google's Lighthouse system is built specifically for SEO um accessibility oh um and search engine optimization web pages so it's algorithm is always reading the websites rather than going to like a Google search console if it's built on anything else and asking Google to like crawl your website that's what snaps is it it's just the algorithm
that that's always integrated into or that's what the lighthouse is it's integrated into uh the snap system yeah the website's already done it's built I can do you know Sydney carpet cleaning you know very generic right I spelled that wrong yeah it could be anything so let's say this it could be carpet cleaning we already have thousands and thousands of pictures that are implemented into this um system you can take your own as well or you can get them from the internet anywhere but we already do have stock photos in here I can make this
like patio like say our like patio installation you know I can make it anything you want yeah okay so it's really easy to come in here edit that out now the other cool thing you're going to see a bunch of ones here but the other cool thing is let's say I want to go into um the next city and you know because I I think what Sydney if you look at Sydney as a whole it takes four hours to get from one side to the other or something like that or like uh yeah maybe like
oh it's not that it's not that big yeah you mean the city itself no like more from like yeah it's not that big because it is not as big as you think okay somewhere like someone told me it's like oh yeah it's like an hour hour and a half two hours I'm like really it's that big well to get from the city one side of the city to the other yeah so you have suburbs and stuff so I'm assuming like let's say you want to cover of Sydney so what it what I did is I
just duplicated that website yeah go in here and edit it and then now you can make another site or in a you know in another part of Australia if you want right so you're able yeah okay wherever you want and again it's already done so all I do is you know um like for example I live in you know Henderson so it makes it really easy to duplicate the the site and really scale it to go from one five to you know 20 or 100 different sites if you want to yeah after the build out
this is where we're gonna get into the nitty-gritty of how do you how do you do the SC optimization right what what we call uh you know blog commenting or influencer link circles link circles are within our group um so let me show you here so we have seven thousand like right here seven thousand people worldwide um a link circle is just using each other to get backlinks where you'll have R5 it'll be you know company A backlinks to B B to C C to D and then D back to a so it's just one
big powerful powerful move juice circle of links that we're just helping each other rank right so that's one thing about this like I've been doing this for seven years and it hasn't changed but um there's so much support and so much help every Tuesday and Thursday we do go live in our Facebook group where you can jump in and ask questions and get help um lots of success you know you can always reach out to me you can reach out to any one of our admins But ultimately we're just here as one big family it's
not like you against me or anything like that or so um we are going to show you also how to build out those map listings and rank those as well so I'll show you one of mine here a website but let me do Circle repair so this one here this is mine this is your Map listing so we're going to show you how to set those up as well and then okay so it pops up there yeah exactly how to rank them in that top three so because 93 people don't go to the second page
of Google the whole goal yeah space on that first page so for my for Mob work when I Google like I Google a lot and I make a lot of phone calls and like I'll have to Google a company and yeah you just click on a first couple so it makes sense psychologically that's what people do because it's like I don't want to dig through all this crap so yeah pretty good we're going to show you how to get those to the first page of Google as well and then we do have a ton of
different sales strategies um however the one I love is like going to I think what you guys have is like a Yellow Pages or a Yelp maybe yeah Yellow Pages yeah so like here I'll use my Lakeland one so there's like oh yeah HomeAdvisor here it is so for us there's like HomeAdvisor Thumbtack now the downside about Home Advisor is if I put on my information here it's going to go to all 23 of these businesses that are paying for my information it's not exclusive and so that's one thing I also use in my prospecting
is in sales is if Gilmer Enterprises or dilemma contractor they're paying for leads I'm going to call them and I'm going to offer them hey hey dilemma Contracting I have leads coming in for uh stucco in your area I'm looking for one business exclusively to take these I see you're paying for leads with HomeAdvisor how about you try this out more than likely you're going to want to try out your services yeah interesting yeah I guess you know I didn't think of that to use the Yellow Pages or you know Home Advisor that's interesting yeah
smart yeah I mean they're already paying for leads but they're share leads so why wouldn't they want yeah exclusive yeah I guess question for you is do you like the business model and what you've seen and then is this a business model that you could see yourself doing yeah um yeah definitely it's just because it seemed like a lot to learn but yeah it's um I think over time it can work okay obviously still kind of it's not going to start straight away like it's not gonna um you know everything takes time I think do
you feel like you could put in like one to two hours a night when you got off work when you get off work yeah [Music] because that's really what it takes when I started doing this my twin boys that were six months old my daughter was two and a half and ultimately we would I would get off work sometimes work 10 hour days and come home and put the kids to bed if they weren't already in bed and just put one to two hours in so I I could tell you right now in the next
year you do this for one to two hours a day you will see a huge difference in your business yeah see I could I could do more so basically I don't want I don't want to let my mate know that I'm doing this obviously because he's gonna be like you're trying to [ __ ] you know you're trying to you know you're gonna quit like and it's like it's not that like I won't I won't have a quit on him it's just like but if this kicks off when when he starts replacing that then I'll
just cut down my hours hips you know he'll say I mean I can only work a little bit yeah you know you should it's your life that's what you I mean sounds like you probably work from home right now and it's good but you gotta think yeah Yeah well yeah and and it's just uh I hate this like I want to be I'd Rather Be My Own Boss I'd rather yeah I'd rather do my own thing two you gotta think about this and I just like ePay mentioned this and I just started thinking about this
today is every every client you get whether it's you know we just had someone that literally within like 10 days they landed two clients the wife quit her job in a month he quit his job in two months so you gotta think every client you get let's just average it out every client is a thousand dollars a month right on average okay yeah which job that you've created for yourself and this is a mindset mentality it where you can actually give yourself the on the average of a thousand dollars a month a twelve thousand dollar
raise every year that you get a new client second client I'm making twenty four thousand dollars a year right I have three clients yeah you just think about like that that's the way I like to think about it Yeah Yeah official to make to replace your current income if you don't mind me asking how much do I need to replace it so I'll make about it because it's commission it's it's not always it's not um it goes up and down yeah but like on average let's say what would it be real quickly I'll actually work
it out so that times four would be but then on average three to four so it'd be like I don't know six to seven Grand a month okay sometimes more some sometimes a little bit less it just depends seven that's a good living yeah it's decent man but he's making okay last year he made 900 Grand [Laughter] with it did with the same age we went to school together we've been we're known each other for 15 years really yeah missions man sorry I need to raise your commissions yeah well because his argument is he's like
well I've been doing this for like six or seven years you've just started so he's here we'll here we'll raise it but he's like he's like he's like this is gonna piss you off but he's like at the moment you're replaceable because if I could get anyone off the street to do a good job like to do your job fair enough huh that make you feel yeah like a little bit pissed off man but like I don't I don't have a better option at the moment like you're replaceable like he literally told you and you
know you that's a shitty feeling let's just be honest like your friend will if if your friend will will replace you and can't replace you you know you you you need to be able to replace yourself right you need to be able to sort of yeah that's that's also why I don't want him I'd rather him not know what I'm doing he doesn't yeah that's just the timing because like you know but but I can work around it like I can and if I say this starting to kick off I'll just put everything into it
okay is there any reason why you wouldn't want to join today and get going and start start going to your getting your goals no I'm pretty Keen to get going so here's what I'm going to do for you okay you live in Australia exchange rate sucks right now so our course is usually eight thousand eight hundred and sixty dollars I'm gonna take two thousand dollars off so it's six thousand eight sixty if you decide to pay in full what we can do is we're going to build out your first five Legion sites for you you

000 to 240. so then it's a right around what it would be us okay um and if I didn't pay in full it's just messed up from before we could set up a payment plan that payment plan would be based on the 6860. and then which option do you have the option to pay in full is my question I do I do like I could do it if I really want to talk and do it like the money's there but it's um like the money is there but it's uh like I'm trying to buy a
house as well and I'm like [ __ ] I'm you know what I mean I'm close but um yeah like if I was to pay any installments like four installments like like quarters how would that work it'll be just once a month for four months once a month four months but if I paid him full you guys would build the five lead gen sites and you save a thousand dollars so I would um submit the five lead gen sites I would pick pick the niche that I want it could be five different niches three different
however you want to situate it yeah you guys build it and they're not going to approach the businesses and potentially get started so yeah I think okay and then the cool thing about this building it too is all you need to do is duplicate it and go into the next area and be like okay you know I'm going to help a business over here and just I mean you can you could duplicate this really fast you could go to from zero to five pretty quick if you really wanted to yeah okay I got a few
questions um regarding left when when you started this how long did it take like what happened in your first 12 months and like how much time were you putting in yeah so I like my kids were little right so um I was putting any anywhere from an hour to two hours a day and we ended up Landing our first client in the pest control Niche he was only paying 350 a month but ultimately my whole thought process with that was this works I was able to land a client this work so from there on out
it was pedals in the metal I paid in full I've already had credit card debt and I was like effort like let's just do this um you know I don't want payments hanging over my like that I owe someone so ultimately that's the way I thought about it we went from in a year and a half to fifteen thousand dollars a month paid off a bunch of you know credit card debt and I ended up quitting my job in a year and a half family of five so it took us a little bit longer with
our credit card debt but we're like here I'll show you this guy here see you already had a family of love and you started oh yeah my my twins were three or six months old my daughter was two and a half let me show you this guy same kind I I like showing this be a guy because it was it's kind of the same situation I don't know about his credit card debt or anything like that um but Stefan the Stefan and his wife they joined in September end of September 10 days in the program
landed my first two clients between the both I made 1750 a month with 750 a month recurring Revenue not a ton of money but in 10 days they did something yeah right no that saves good for 10 days so their one month post um my wife and I both knew we had to take the step of faith my wife stepped away from her previous job and started working with me to start our business exciting but scary our first month into it we cleared just under three thousand dollars was 1750 a month for your current Revenue
wife quits her job okay that's in one month now let's do this I relay with this because look they have a family of five three young kids yeah um and you don't have kids no I don't like if I really want them to I could say to my mate look I want to work three days a week and I could just do everything in this I could do that if I really wanted to yeah I mean when I have a feeling once you get in here I just talked to another guy uh Barry he called
me the other day he's like Ryan I'm gonna quit my job like I have money saved and everything I'm quitting my job and going with this full-time like I already have a list of clients so you know ultimately you could do it uh but I would never tell you quit your job because that's your that's your income right keep working he writes hey Facebook friends hope this is November 30th hope and I start our own business just recently we decided it would be best for me to leave Ochsner which is where he was working and
pursue this whole time so for two parents who probably had through their jobs they had insurance and all that paid for both quit their jobs it goes to show that like if you do the work you could make it happen and you could do that with everything right I don't care if it's this course I like this because it's ultimately digital assets that you own you're not wasting money on product you're not wasting money on Facebook ads you know you're not wasting money on Google ads Drop Shipping or whatever so yeah it's everything is organic
and there's a reason why we have 7 000 members worldwide because it works you know yeah and then so so like along the way if like let's say I pay today and do it is there um what can I I'm just worried about getting just getting overwhelmed getting stuck and I hope I'll get no help we we're here to help you I'm always here to help if you have questions and everything our Facebook group every Tuesday and Thursday we go live um you at some point it you will be overwhelmed and you'll have questions there's

get going and you see all the positivity and you start asking people in the group we did it we actually did a poll last year was like what percent of people were making it they hadn't made a million dollars and uh I think there was like 62 or 6 500 people at that time it was one percent of our group had made at least a million dollars doing this yeah yeah okay and even if you don't make a million like it's still yeah I think what you know 50 60 Grand a month uh a year
right now sorry how much how much are you making a year right now so let's just say fine yeah whatever it would work out to be five grand a month or a year yeah I think that's Cocker replace that like that's what I want to do I want to replace that and then on top and then obviously go on top get more on top yeah so that alone is 60 Grand divided by 12. that's five clients five thousand dollars a month with your average client being a thousand dollars a month okay well crazy to think
about numbers like that just seems crazy that you know I feel like but when I get my post client then I'll believe I'll be like [ __ ] all right and what I would do go back to those people that you've already sold hey do they own businesses or bought whatever right talk to the people that you know like and trust you do they own any type of business those are the people you want to talk to first as well yeah and so so the majority of the like a lot of this is when you
when you find the clients a lot of it is just cold calling and then offering them the leads and then that's primarily how he's old or exactly so it's not you don't have to know people like you can just straight up cold call and just give them the leads and you're already cold calling right yeah I'm good at that like I'm good at talking to people you're not going to have any problems that's where majority of people like have a hard time as cold calling yeah okay no I've got no problem cold calling it's more
so I don't know man it's just it's new and it's just like to me that's a lot of money to spend you know what I mean and it's like yeah like if I did it and didn't make my money back I'd be like [ __ ] but I think it could work oh it's gonna work what if you did it but made a ton of money and yeah it changed my whole life yeah you never know unless you do it right you can keep on continuing what you're doing and watching your friend make 900 Grand
a year yeah um I guess we should store it do you want to do the paid in full or do you want to set up the payment plan over the 68.60 um well I was just thinking painful are you want to use a debit or credit card uh uh it's a debit card do you have a daily limit on that debit card I don't think so okay let's try it out most most times there are there is a day limit for that amount so so who would CR who would create the um the thoughts uh
our team will and what happened you uh when you decide what Niche you want to go into again it could be like hey I want to go into this Niche here this Niche here like however you want to do it you just let me know when you decide to get your first or all five of them done so I could do five different niches and then you guys will build five different websites and then it's just up to me to call and get the clients rank it and get the clients yeah to rank it as
well yeah and so with the ranking how like what takes like a month or two to get the sites right maybe maybe two months usually about three weeks three to five weeks okay yeah yeah okay you know them so it's editable and I edit them as well yeah yeah 100 yeah cool what happens is you create your snaps account and then he builds them with he'll build them on his account and then just transfer him to your account and so they and everything yeah okay all right real quick I'm gonna post the um update your

that but what what he's actually doing is sending me into businesses in person too like I'm literally walking into businesses that I don't even know who they are and just straight up pitching to them and just saying if you guys need company cars you know contact me and I work as a broker between to save a company buys 10 10 cars for their workers we got all the cars from new car dealerships and I work as a middleman between the dealership and The Business so since I've sourcing for businesses interesting so we're here you can't
they if they need cars can't they go directly to the dealership yeah but if we because of the relationships that I have with dealerships I get it cheaper oh because if I say if I say to the dealership how many cars see we do about 150 cars a month so if I say to the dealership and there's just two or three of us so it's a lot of volume a lot of volume but if I say to the dealership you know I've sold how many cars have I bought a few the last 12 months or
six months so I want 10 at a time and I want them for this price you know it's sales you know that's awesome I love it see you already yeah I'm more interested in this than that yeah follow the process where we say you'll hear it a lot follow the process and you're gonna do great I I have no worries about you there's sometimes where I'm like oh [ __ ] is this person actually gonna do good I have no worries with you it's gonna I think it's gonna be pretty easy for you yes all
