BYD continues to surprise the automotive market with its new brand Fang Cheng Bao and is preparing to introduce its flagship hybrid SUV Leopard 8. This ambitious vehicle has already been compared to the legendary Toyota Land Cruiser 300, but the developers say that Leopard 8 will offer even more impressive off-road capabilities. On September 16, the brand finally revealed the interior of the car, which immediately attracted attention with its futuristic design, inspired by future spaceships.
A powerful plug-in hybrid setup makes Leopard 8 not only technologically advanced, but also environmentally friendly. The SUV is expected to go on sale before the end of the year, with a starting price of around $70,000. Fang Cheng Bao Leopard 8 continues the stylistic solutions of its junior model Fang Cheng Bao 5, demonstrating a brutal design with an angular body and massive bumpers, evoking memories of classic SUVs.
The rear is more traditionally styled, with a spare wheel mounted on the boot lid and rectangular taillights, giving the car a distinctive look.
