so Dr Hibert separated them still margin Homer kept the other twin and treated him in the most humane way chain Hugo up in the attic like an animal and fed him a bucket of fish heads once a week everyone then searches for Hugo except for Bart unfortunately Hugo never left he ties up Bart so we can sew them back together fortunately Dr Hibert arrives and knocks out Hugo however he soon realizes that Hugo's scar is on the left side which means the evil twin was and always will be Bart oh don't look so shocked to
