using my intellect my intuition and my creativity I then distill these insights and present them so that other people can use them whether I'm working with a client in will Discovery or leading in my OT Community or whether it's in my personal relationships I'm aligning all of my actions with this Central purpose for me it's not just a philosophy or a set of ideas it's a way of being it's a way of life thma challenges us to live and to thrive in the world and that means cultivating resilience and self-trust by turning toward life's challenges

whether they be difficulties in relationships or complexities in leadership I have built up a foundation of confidence over time through self-discipline reflection and spiritual practice is I have built a relationship of trust with myself that allows me to face life's complexities without losing myself this resilience isn't about just enduring it's about thriving and from my perspective it's a Cornerstone of living as a fomine life is full of dualities intellect versus emotion individual versus Community boundary versus responsibility I'm constantly pushing myself to navigate the tensions and complexities trying to find higher Unity rather than choosing one

side over the other this doesn't mean just taking a middle path I don't shy away from extremes but it means moving toward greater integration and a more complex higher view I adopt balance as my standard knowing that understanding more frequently arises from the integration of opposites rather than choosing one side over the other for me being a fomite means serving as a bridge between this world and a Transcendent reality through writing teaching and creating videos I turn personal and esoteric insights into tangible expressions of universal truths these Works aren't the truths themselves they are signs
